Disclaimer: this is just my general thoughts! It may or may not reflect what the process is like right now as it’s been a few years since I’ve had to do the applications. It’s difficult to say which is more competitive to get into than the other - on one hand, the forensic psychology (FP) masters can be because it’s only the one uni who offers the masters program. On the other hand, clinical can also be because it is generally seen as the one most people are interested in pursuing. If it’s worth anything, I applied to I think four masters program total (not advised lol as it’s recommended to apply widely to different unis) - three CP and one FP. I only received an interview for FP, and it was my first preference (so maybe I did better for the program I was interested in and it showed in my application?) I’ve heard that unsw FP will look at honours class 2 division 1 marks, but honours class 1 (just from my intuition) wouldn’t hurt in making you a stronger applicant. That being said, if you can show that you have tried to get some relevant experience elsewhere, whether it be via social work, Lifeline etc. then I think that would also strengthen your application (because some unis prioritise academics and experience differently). I only know of the Doctor of Psychology program offered by Swinburne, it is different to a FP masters program though (and sounds more akin to a combined masters PhD program). It would involve more research into whether that is the path for you (iirc, I believe it looks at both CP and FP, includes practical placements and there’s a PhD component so it is a 4 year instead of a 2 year masters only program).

And I was wondering, which row did you start increasing ? After the 10 rows of 10 loops?

@@niyah7742 yes i believe so! when you've finished increasing, you should then have the rest of the body panel to do, which should end up being another 12 rows of 16 loops. that should hopefully make sure that you've increased to the correct amount and have the right amount of rows that have increased loops. hope that makes sense :D

Hi there, I did not follow a pattern. I just eyeballed it and the subtitles/on screen drawings provide more detailed guidance on how you can adjust the cardigan to fit yourself!

hiya~ i'm not too sure unfortunately. searching on google did not provide many sustainable options for the same type of thick chunky yarn. if you wanted to diy some yarn (i.e., tube yarn, looks like the yarn i used in my chunky bag tutorial - th-cam.com/video/PCdjkMeyrAg/w-d-xo.html) and you had the materials at home to do so, you could sew a long piece of fabric into a tube and stuff it with some stuffing or scrap fabrics. hope that helps!

I personally haven't tried it with large knitting needles as I'm not the best at knitting nor do i have any chunky needles, though it could definitely be an option if you do have the equipment! also thanks so much for your comment and hope the project goes well :D

Hi @casuallylux, thanks so much for your comment! The wrinkles on the bag have spread and deepened a bit across the top flap, I haven’t noticed any wrinkles on the front of the bag though. Hope that helps ❤

Hello~ I didn't know how much I needed so I bought two rolls (one blue and one yellow). One roll that was 36m long I think made approx. 2 bags. If you wanted to make a bag with a longer strap, you should be able to do it quite easily if you had a roll similar in length to mine. Hope that helps!

hiya~! that's a good question, im not actually too sure. i think you could give it a go but you may have to modify the pattern since thinner yarn won't take up as much space as thicker yarn if you get what i mean. thicker yarn is typically better for hand knitting as it gets that plush and full look, there was a youtuber who used thinner yarn to hand knit a cardigan which you could look at to see if your yarn is similar in thickness (her name is alexa sunshine). if you do go ahead and try it out, pls lmk how it goes! im sure it would help out a lot of other commenters who may also be wondering the same thing :D

Hello~ I bought 7 balls of yarn total, but I only ended up needing about 6. The website I bought it from said 1 ball = approximately 24 yards (which is about 22m). Therefore I think I used about 6x22= 132 meters of yarn. Hopefully that math works out 😅 Please note that this was for my specific measurements, you may need more or less yarn depending on if your cardigan is smaller or bigger than mine

Where did you get the yarn and how many yards?

@@nikapak9747 For a seamless yarn I ordered from Etsy, and then for some less expensive yarn I just ordered it from Amazon 🙂 I searched for “tube yarn” or “arm knitting yarn”. With two pounds of the yarn I could make one of the bigger bags and then a smaller bucket bag!

Thanks so much for your comment~ unfortunately I don’t have any plans to make a written paid pattern just because this cardigan was inspired by a pre-existing design made by another brand, and I’m also not confident in my ability to make a high quality and clearly written pattern (hence the TH-cam video so I could at least share my process visually haha😊). I have though put some drawings in the video that refer to how many loops/rows are needed for each piece, which I hope makes things a bit clearer (for size reference, I’m about a AU10/US6). If anything is confusing, please feel more than free to ask questions here and I’ll do my best to answer them! Hope you can understand ❤

Hiya! I would say this was made with my measurements made in mind. I’m an AU10/US6 if that helps. It’s really easy to adjust tho! I just roughly measured how long/wide I wanted to make it and made the appropriate number of chains/rows until it met the required length. Hope that helps, lmk if you have any more questions. ☺️

Hiya~! I think it would be fine, you might just need more yarn and may have to adjust how many loops and rows you do because a less chunky yarn would result in a smaller product since the yarn is smaller in size than a more chunky yarn (if that makes sense)
