was the fight with vampiric recorded in normal world settings or did you modify world settings so your pals deal more damage?

Well, considering thact that I bred 150 perfect base pals for a reason, it wont take long for them to take down the boss. No frosties, no basties, simply 50 perfect bellanoirs vs the boss. Why bother with 15 and switching them out? Ppl tweak amost every ingame setting all the time but seem to be very strikt when it comes to fighting the boss. Took me months to breed and 4 star all 100/100/100 50 liberos, 50 ryus and 50 lyleens last update so ima use them 😂

I'm actually in the middle of trying to breed perfect Bastigor's with Serenity, Siren of the void, Legend, and Demon god but wasn't sure if I should consider replacing one of these passives with a vampiric or not since idk how good it is. After watching this video it might be the reason I win the fight at all.

Ive tested knocklem with Demon god, burly body, legend, vampiric. Fully maxed Was able to almost solo bastigor tower.

Now i know what i have to do!

Wholeharted stance doesn't "Nullify" the attack does it? I still see damage numbers on him, and btw, apparently a Sphere thrown at him counts as an attack for some reason

As a Dazzi player, I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a good water pal. The soaked status really helps in landing their tri lightnings and also increases the damage output. Azurobe and Suzaku Aqua are great choices to soak enemies while also using them as a mount. It's a unique combination Daedream and Flopie don't have.

Against strong enemies, I suppose it is much better to have a strong 1 hit strike skill, instead of several smaller hits within one strike. The smaller hits will be reduced to almost nothing because of the high defense stat of your enemy. In that sense, Lyleen isn't a very good test subject because of her low level.

Do some moves like seed machine gun and spine vine count as shot attacks or melee attacks?

Think you could do dark or dragon next? This was most helpful and informative. Especially when the skill fruits often don't give good descriptions.

Very well collected and demonstrated! I also appreciate how you pointed out some extra details on the element itself, specifically the status effect and how it interact. do you happen to have plans to do the other types over time, including the Sakurajima attacks? in the event you do, I want to mention that the pals _in your party_ don't actively track a target themselves with beams. stuff like Pal/Solar Blast and Dark Laser, in that once a Pal settles on a target, it sticks to that direction. not sure why that's the case, as breath attacks do track... but figure it's worth noting.
