Im an electrician, age 46, i have 5 years experience as an electrician in UAE from 2018 to 2023, including 2 years experience as an ADQCC certified UAE government approved licensed electrician country-wide from 2020 to 2022. My educational qualification is senior secondary (10+2), my technical qualification is 3 years diploma in Electrical Engineering. Lol!! They make regulations more stricter but they never address the elephant in the room aka decision time. The amount of time it takes to get your process done, Dios Mio!! Poland for you. I think more foreigners should launch a law suit to pressure them to act within time frame they have indicated. If it’s 6 months, it should be 6 months. Otherwise, the system will keep being problematic

I think these are good rules!!! No one should enter illegally and no business should flood people blindly on the name of cheap labor. People should allow only if they are truly benefiting the company. Poland should put more control on universities as this is the 1st place where many students comes for permanent residence with no vision. Corporate should be stop hiring huge number of people for basic roles which can be easily done by locals and lastly restaurants which employ foreigners who stay and disappear. This all is done legally through local accountants and lawyers.

DONT FOR FCK SAKE LET THE MUSLIMS IN THEY DESTROY

What about someone older who only wants a permanent Residency Permit, because they do not need to work as they have a good pension?

Brother I work in Gestamp wroclaw..and I had good job in Romania. But I saw this Jon position from my friend..so I came here ..The agency take my sig in July and start work in August I had to face lots of financial difficulties..But finally I start work in 15 August. After November 15 they stop our work without any reason..Agency said work permit will get within 3 to 4 months..but almost 4 months no response..can u give advice please

If u want to come to Poland- respect our culture. Otherwise you will not be welcome and you will have nothing to come for. But we give respect to those who are able to be respectful.

The information is good but there is still much more which is needed. Secondly all the problems are always for workers or outsiders or immigrants. The people here of Poland do lot of scandal but are never questioned by the government. This is the trouble.

Strict rule and limits on immigrants have to be enforced in Poland !!!
