When i finish the heist and it says jump out of the plane while jumping it says that that prisoner died is there a solution?
Well maybe the gamer playing prisoner didn't open the parachute. But I think you mean a notice that Rashkovsky has died and the heist fails. Rashkovsky dies because the pilot of the escape plane was showing off by flying it inverted or making other extreme maneuvers. The solution is that the pilot should try to fly reasonably well but still use tactics to avoid the police choppers that suddenly appear. Anyway, Rashkovsky is a pussy and whines during the breakout and I think has a heart attack and dies from fright! It's another one of the numerous ways that Rockstar likes to piss off us gamers.
There is second possible solution. The prison guard need to kill all noose in first Area, the prisoner need to keep forever next to Rashkovsky. And after this he will start moving itself.

When i playd this, i was in prisonguard role and when shooting start with Raskowsky i deside stay with Raskowsky and shoot all guards from there where he allways stuck and wait with him until prisoner player shoot that guard behind fence, and only those 3 guards in corner are left , then Raskowsky start moving ..I'm not sure was it not glitch at all, but every time when glitch is both players start running ahead and Raskowsky stay behind and stuck I'm not sure was this 1/100 when glitch dos't came
Yes that happens too. Case you described, was not glitched. ( Raskowsky won't move until all in that area are dead.) Than he starts moving. Yes there where i bumped him is trigger for next stage... commented below from other guy... Actually he does not move, because first script did not trigger. With that maneuver player forces game to trigger second script. Which is in that point. But this can be solved on another way too. Staying with him, when fight starts, actually does not help at all. If it is glitched, it is glitched :D Tried many times like you described, no effect. He will stay there, no matter what. You can shoot at him... Bump him with space gun... None will help. Tested several times... :D

This does work. There is an invisable checkpoint where he starts following you. The checkpoint location is shown in the video.
