Your Flying Sub turned out fantastic.. You did such an amazing job with everything.. The details are spot on and I don't think they could get any better.. I have to say that in my own opinion, this is absolutely by far the best Flying Sub build that I've seen so far , and I've seen quite a few ..I really enjoyed following you as you worked on this project and I appreciate you for taking the time to share it with us. I like this tutorial very much! I want to build one and add it to my Supernatural diorama 1/18 Impala and Dean and Sam scale figures! I wanted to ask if u also had a more DETAILED video tutorial on the motorized Voyager nacelle struts. I bought the same servos and have an Arduino board, but was hoping u would post more on how to program and use a blue tooth module to control the functions? I dont have PM contact info...

Phenomenal!! Do u have a tutorial on how to program the Arduino to move the struts up and down? Or is there a way to power the servos with 5v power supply and a simple momentary or on/off switch? Can I PM you?

Really late to the party on this so apologies. Im very slowly working my way through the Pod vehicles and I have two questions. The first is what colour did you use for the Recovery Vehicles? I can see an orange Tamiya jar in shot. And 2nd question is: whatvdod you use for weathering? Amazing work on everything. Really enjoyed watching through the series

That is awesome!! I need to know how to do the mist effect :) been trying to figure that out for my grim reaper diorama.

Sprue goo....rubbish. Use proper filler. My guess is you used a coarse sand paper because the finer stuff wouldn't cut it, leaving the marks in your kit.

This is a pretty challenging build, when your hands are tied. Isn't it? Stick with it, buddy

Nice work! Your Nelson and Crane look acceptable, but I've decided to omit them as they look a bit wooden, plus they definitely block the view. As for lighting the model: imho too many modellers go for an all-out 'Xmas Tree' blinding glare that doesn't do justice to what is seen inside the original.

For the bunk bed cover I used a real bit of blueish cotton cut out of an old bathroom towel, one end slightly folded to suggest a pillow. I'm currently experimenting with colored leds. I've also constructed a little oxygen bottle, complete with harness, valve and mouthpiece, to be put somewhere in the corridor. Love your work!

Very interesting. You are the only one I found with a video about moving nacelles. I'm also building two Revell Voyagers soon and I want motorized nacelles but I'm trying to go a little different way and come up with some sort of gear system. I'll see if it will work or if not maybe I'll try something along the lines you mentioned here.
