In our nearly 30-year history, Great Lakes Management has participated in the development of 80+ multi-family, mixed-use, commercial and senior housing developments in five states. While we have the expertise to take a project from site selection, through entitlements, design, construction, marketing and lease-up, our current preference is to partner with full-time developers to bring our operational experience to the table, creating synergies and scalability that wouldn’t be possible on our own. At GLM we fill buildings, keep them full, and care for the physical asset like it was our own. Nearly every property in our portfolio has been named, marketed, leased-up and stabilized by our in-house property managers and marketing teams. Our occupancy rates are consistently above market averages as we take a very hands on approach to analyzing and implementing customized marketing strategies across a very diverse portfolio of properties.
