The truth is, not all places are this way in Abuja, Abuja has a master plan, it's as a result of this that you always hear if houses being demolished abd some villages being demolished, there are local areas in Abuja that are close to express and also the entrance to city centres, such areas will likely under go demolition in the future, because most of this areas are quite poor with hygiene, they are actually lazy like you said, and as such they are giving the state a bad image. Such areas aren't handled by Government officials, but by the chiefs of those villages, that's why they treat the environment as they like.
