My Shogun Chef had a couple very minor cosmetic issues. Emailed Dalstrong letting them know. Didn't even ask anything, just letting them know. Within hours they emailed back asking for pictures. I sent pictures- and received a new Chef the next day! Literally overnighted it to me! Unbelievable! The paring and steak knife set I got are all perfect. They come sharp, and with practice you can do even better. Their AUS 10V Japanese steel holds an edge a LOT longer than the Cutco I had for years.
