Easy Red 2 - Kos - Italian/British Side - Max AI - Towards Kos Capitol - No Commentary - Air Combat!
Got a special video for you all! Managed to actually save some footage of a zero death run and air combat on the newly reworked Kos campaign. This map features the entrenched Italians with British air support fending off a German attack. It's a really fun map with plenty of opportunities for dogfighting and strafing runs and the AI on both sides can hold their own!
I decided to restore the HUD for this as it has been reworked and does look a little better. Still using the Real Colors Mod though.
As usual, max bots for pure chaos lol

The sound effects seem kinda jank, same with the blood effects on the screen. The AI also seems not very good. Not super immersive.

Got the game two months ago and I got the Stalingrad and the Normandy dlc, great game too highly recommended to people who like easier gameplay and historical accuracy :edit got the andrees dlc too now

It sucks that i had to get a refund for this game on my xbox and all dlc for it ð i couldnt see anything as in the other side on campaign mode i was getting shot and the AI was see through for some reason
Maybe you can return some time soon! The game is getting an update for the AI. Currently in development and an update dropped yesterday to partially address the AI. It's definitely a tougher shooter than expected though! The AI is pretty good! Sometimes too good!
I just got it yesterday and I have don't have that problem but it'll become so glitchy and laggy it's unplayable and it'll freeze until u press the shoot button it's a good game but I am on the first Xbox so it probably has sum to do with it being old

Good question! Yes, multiplayer does offer private servers. Although I've personally never used them before. I think you would be able to play with your friend against AI.

Good question! I don't think there is really a score sheet for bots. I wanna say that it's around 64 vs 64, but there are some custom maps where it's clearly 128 vs 128.
For the scenario editor, you can place as many bots as you want :D
While this game is great, I just can't get over the fact that a game called EASY RED just makes the bazzilionth recreation of Dog Green sector in a videogame... ANd then makes the 1st Division land there instead of the 29th....

It was pretty much a solo developer. He did everything except the Graphics and audio. Plus despite its shortcomings itâs still way better than any triple a game out there for one developer.

The developer for Easy Red 2 (Marco) released a free update yesterday for the existing Kos campaign that comes with the base game, which completely re-workered the campaign. Adding new levels and changing existing ones. It looks significnatly better! I have a video recently posted on my channel that shows the old map by comparison. There is a realistic difficulty, but I've never tried it before. I honestly have no idea what it would play like. I'm going to have to try it!

Right?!?! It definitely gives me Battlefield 1942 vibes. I'm on PC, so I don't know what it would be on console, but you hold down the X key to bring up your squadmates. Eating food restores your health, so if I get shot, I usually banadage to stop bleeding and then eat food to heal. You can press the I key to open your inventory or hold it down to quickly access inventory items like food or medicine.
Hold down the Start button on Xbox. That's how I did it.

Nope! I mean it is running with FPS locked at 75, while my refresh rate is 165hz. Maybe that's why it feels more fast paced? I've started locking the game at 120 fps in some of the more recent videos.
Watching just six minutes of this video was enough to make me buy the game. For $9 it's amazing and has quite a lot of content even without the DLC.

@@swervoooo16 Yeah definitely seconding Operation Overlord. The Stalingrad DLC alos has quite a few maps, but they do tend to be kind of buggy. The France DLC is great if you're looking for something really unique as it introduces early war France as a nation!
