I think you hit the nail on the head after knowing a little bit of the background of the song depression and what it can lead to .Again watch the video from the pepsi center performance to see how passionate Paulina is during the song and the ending . ITS ALL Paulina. When Im alone by Dany is another song from her life how she felt away at Berkeley Music School and an assignment she had to write and thats how the song came about . Her missing her friends and family at home during the 5 or 6 wks at school in Boston .

There are a couple different videos from the Pepsi Center one where Pau plays the piano with string backup from an orchestra and a good chance the only time she will sing it at a show .This was the bonus track from Error under the agreement Pau would only do it in the studio it was so close and personal to her and you can tell that in the video .

Dany Pau Ale could do a sitcom if they ever wanted a break from the music they are hilarious and its how they really are .Gotta Love em All !

Nice reaction to a great live set. The Alanis cover is the cherry on top. Dany really slays the vocals, and Ale gets funky on the bass. 🤟🎸🥁🎸🤟

video editing software, you can download Davinci Resolve for free, so you can do basic editing at least, but the free version has a ton of tools, you can purchase the upgrade for more tools, but if you're looking for a good 'basic' editing software that's free, it's DaVinci. (You do need a PC that can handle the processing required, but 'cutting out' video shouldn't be that taxing)

Pau's on autopilot in Burnout. I assume that it's talent and equipment. They have evolved through the years with both. These gals are destined for Greatness!

Part of what I think you perceive as their “clarity”, is the fact that they are just a 3 piece (with prominent bass lines) and their less is more philosophy of songwriting, which is frequently opening up space in the song by having the guitar or bass drop out, etc. 😎👍

Congrats! I've really enjoyed your journey into Skillet and Amaranthe, as I've become a huge fan of those bands. I don't really have any suggestions, but love the authenticity. Keep it up!

Narcisista is a very cool song of theirs. A few years ago they were being criticised for only singing in English. Basically they were accused of being cultural traitors (malinchista). This song is their response - a big middle finger to those critics, written in spanish!! The video of the live debut of this song captures all their fierce energy and fed up feelings with the criticism. (You should look for a translation of the lyrics -- there are some out there -- because they are awesome!)

Another cool young band is Freeze the Fall. They are very young (still in high school). You might want to check them out as they write their own music and are quite good and are in North America (Canada). Maybe try their latest release: VHS.

The Warning are excellent songwriters. Their first three albums they did completely by themselves (lyrics, vocals and instruments). On their last album, Keep Me Fed, they collaborated with outside writers (and say they had a lot of fun doing so).

As another has suggested I'd recommend Dust to Dust/Dull Knives at the Pepsi Center CDMX concert. It is 🔥🔥🔥

The plush is Doctor Simi. He's the mascot for a Mexican drug store chain and they started selling plushies of him. Fans dress him up (sometimes to look like band members, sometimes in local soccer jerseys or other outfits) and throw him on stage at pop and rock concerts in Mexico. The ladies have received dozens. This song and the vocals are amazing.

The Warning wrote their first 3 albums almost entirely themselves. Keep Me Fed they collaborated with co-writers. All are involved in the writing process but most of the songs are initiated by Pau.

From what I've heard Danny, Pau, and Ale say they all contribute to the making of each of there songs. Bass, drums, guitar, and lyrics all together. Enjoy your time off and happy holidays to you and your family ❤️❤️

The sound quality is so much influenced by the talents of those setting up/mixing everything. I've seen the same bands in the same venues (in particular Kamelot,). One time they sounded fantastic (They usually sound great live) but one time a co-headliner was with them and had all their equipment all over the stage and the sound was complete rubbish. I left early it was so bad. The Warning's sound engineer Lalo has been with them quite some time, thankfully. He is a genius. Their dad has studio engineer experience as well and this undoubtedly has been an enormous asset to them always having sounded great.
