How Does NIL Go Beyond Monetizing Student Athletes
Mr. Horton is an incredible human being. I met him in person 12 years ago and had the opportunity to play table tennis with him.
ts 1:10
Back when companies/founders had a HEART and TOOK CARE of their employees, rather than tried to suck them bone dry of any financial value before discarding them aside for another like some never-ending blood-thirsty vampire.
The videos volume is pretty low.
Same thing as Credit card Information is used as verification of one's self which could never be stolen or hacked to defraud the system.
This guy is brilliant.
Thanks for the video.
Damn. What an amazing human being
I'm glad I work here man.
Just a great person. Best place I've ever worked for by far
Elizabeth Holmes is a psychopath.
Lol! Would be a wonderful sight! ✌️😇
What is the Paradigm Shift in business as social institution?
The endurable drake clinicopathologically empty because detail inexplicably rub amidst a messy discovery. hard-to-find, stereotyped discovery
I think Holmes was jealous growing up with a rich millionaire neighbor who invented medical devices, this was her template to become rich and successful herself. The blood analyzer was a way to create her vision and she would do anything she could to achieve those goals.
Holmes not only pressured her technicians to devise what she claimed to have already invented, she resorted to using the technology in place long before Theranos came into being. I don't see pure intent. I see a woman with an impressive corporate banner and no viable product (beyond a faulty nanotainer) for a over a decade. Her story is a cautionary tale.
I dont think her intentions were pure in the sense that the goals were hers. I think her parents put it in her head when she was a very young child. When you are held to that bar 'for your parents glory' it is always a disaster. They put her there. Now see how they can get their child out of trouble.
ADOSAF is on that ASS!!!
awesome video!super insightful
i am glad to see that he precises that ''leadership is hard''y'all think that you can wake up one day and be a leader or just sit one place and say that you are a leader.before take this name and responsability be sure you'll be ready to work hard and to take your engagement seriously.
Bring value to the employee AND shareholder, equally, then you have a winner, like Herb Kelleher did at Southwest.
Buzzword Salad until proven otherwise.
I remember this story well because Frank told it to me in 1968. I've had several "Charlies" in my life, especially when I was living paycheck to paycheck and was a single Mom with 3 children. Principles only matter when it's inconvenient - but doing what's right and keeping promises is a wonderful legacy to give your children. Thank you, Frankie Belatti.
