I didn’t start watching Virgin River until last October and I am so hooked, wow this is a beautiful love story. I hope they will focus on Mel and Jack and drop Charmaine and her dramas from the show. That was a big disappointment at the end of season 6. A complete turn off.

Martin is so incredibly handsome, kind and so sweet. His beautiful blue eyes melt my heart as you can feel what he is feeling. A phenomenal actor and beautiful man. I just can’t get enough of him, he is perfect💙💙💙💙💙

They make a great couple on the show

I think the writers understand/know that the vast majority of viewers of VR are women. And . . . women CRAVE romance! They want to see as much romantic foreplay as possible, especially between Mel & Jack! Henderson is exquisite at depicting, seemingly, genuine (and intense) excitement in love scenes; so much so, that one can almost "feel" his passion in those scenes. If they want to continue to hold the No. 1 spot with Nielsen ratings, then the producers will give us MORE kissing/love-making scenes between the two stars--AND--continue to display (often) Henderson's muscle-bound physique! BTW: I'm certainly not ignoring Breckinridge's spectacular role; after all, it takes "two to tango,"
