The 22nd Divya Kala Mela, organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, turned into a culinary paradise for Delhiites this Sunday.
Under the theme ‘Empowered Divyangjan’, the Mela is being held from 12th to 22nd December 2024, from 11 AM to 9 PM, at India Gate. Adding to the festive spirit, daily cultural performances are captivating visitors and enhancing the charm of this grand event. The vibrant Food Court at the event, hosted at India Gate in New Delhi, witnessed a confluence of flavors and cuisines, drawing large crowds eager to relish its offerings.
The Food Court boasts 20 stalls, including five run by Divyangjan (persons with disabilities), showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit of these individuals. The stalls present a delectable array of traditional and popular dishes from various states such as Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Bihar, Rajasthan, and more.
