I'm Jess Sayin | Ep 7: New Year, New Goals: Ditch Procrastination and Crush 2025 Like a Boss
In this episode, we’re diving into how to set goals for 2025 that actually work for you-no more over-the-top plans that leave you stressed and stuck. We’re reflecting on what 2024 taught us (the good, the bad, and the messy), and I’m sharing why it’s time to break up with procrastination for good.
We’ll chat about keeping your goals SMART (you know, realistic and doable), why holding yourself accountable is the secret sauce to success, and how to handle setbacks without beating yourself up. I’m here to remind you that you’re human, and self-compassion goes a long way.
So, grab your notebook, and let’s talk about staying motivated, supporting each other, and stepping into the best version of you this year. Let’s do this together!

Hey my beautiful motivational speaker 🥰🥰🥰
@valisahbaker4308 Hey love! I hope you're enjoying the episodes so far ❤️
All of this information sounds good and makes sense. But speaking for Myself, being Depressed and not Motivated, sometimes makes it difficult. Letting Go, Letting Go, Wow. It's hard for Me to make that call for Therapy and I don't understand "WHY"...........
@CarolynThornton-k3s You have to know that you deserve better. What do you think is keeping you from trying therapy? Are you afraid you will be told something you already know?
It could be that. But how do I move beyond that fear?
@CarolynThornton-k3s You can start by saying some affirmations everyday to help build your confidence. You can also start Journaling to help you get a better understanding of why you're afraid.
You hit the nail on the head, with your entire segment.
Thank you so much! I hope you found the information helpful.
@JessCoaching You're welcome, and I did, thank you
Wow, Jessica once again You have Me feeling like the Person sitting in the front of Church and it's as though the Pastor is talking directly to Me and although I feel that way, I continue to go to Church, to Receive and Learn More about the "Woman In The Mirror". That's why I continue to Listen to Your God Gifted Wisdom, especially about Myself (That Woman in the Mirror). Thanks for Waking up My Sleeping Brain Cells and My Hidden Knowledge. Thanks Jess.........❤😊

Thanks for the Clarity. It's not Easy to make a decision to move on. What do You suggest to :do the day after You've decided to move on?
You're welcome! You should create a plan to remove yourself from the situation as quickly and safely as possible. If you have a support system, you should reach out to them as well so that you don't have to go through it alone.
Yes with the unconditional love segment.
