    was really interesting to watch it! I am Ukrainian who ALWAYS works in international teams, and I spent 8 years in Lithuania so much of flashbacks with the speaker! And a HUGE thank you for the Ukrainian flag in the speaker's background!

    The problem is inclusion and intersectionality become excuses for violating peoples individual rights! That the "LGBTQ_: labels and grouping are in fact the worst sex crime in U.S history and one of the worst denials of individual rights! The psychologist target the most intellectectually challenged okay with with being lumped into such a grouping while bullying toise who object to it into silence or suicide! Simple fact at no time has the research supported the professional adoption and promotion of the LGBTQ labels or grouping. "LGBTQ" research is notorious for being sample biased towards the most dysfunctional and out loud and proud and methodologically flawed. The government's own research shows 2/3rds of same sex attracted youth reject "LGB" labels while the media deceives the public and uses "LGB" labels on the kids that clearly indicated they didn't identify that way! "LGBTQ+" history is a work of fiction and the "LGBT" didn't come into existence until the 1990's. So any claimed "LGBTQ" history before it is inaccurate and out of context. Any history after it is inaccurate and at best only relevant to those that self-identify as it! All court cases using LGBT language were rigged and the judges ignored the academic literature, science and laws of the United States. As a company I've lost all respect for Cummins. Lets not forget as it is the company was caught red handed cheating on emissions! Sadly Cummins also doesn't understand promoting human sex trafficking labels and a grouping is a criminal offense! When you go to censure my comment I am person that has legally changed their sex and am a U.S Veteran! Never once identified as "LGBTQ" anything! Not anyone's eight to use that language on me or to "Include" that has never been legal if the law is being followed and not ignored!

    Thank you all so much for taking the time to be so encouraging and present and honest/vulnerable for the sake of potentially helping a future collaborator/Riot member. Thank you, (I believe your name is Hunter) for bringing the vibes and moving the conversation at a comfortable pace, and thank you Lynda + Julia for just representing, seeing you two speak with such confidence and backing it up with great insight and personal reflection-- i get the sense you are able to be yourselves to a great extent. Seeing you two share, helps to make feel really safe and secure about myself in any environment and I can be confident there are great thinkers in the workplace who can facilitate a productive and creative environment. for being so open and honest about your views on, not only your own experiences, but on how you viewed and gauged potential future Rioters. I think Julia mentioned how she could see how a person she was interviewing did not have any video game experience, but like the way she was thinking/solving problems and her toolset, and that's what Julia was looking for in that team. I find it easy to get caught up in the love we may have for 'video games' and may even be romanticizing it instead of loving it and seeing it for what it is and coming to (non-judgemental) terms of how it functions and how, we, although passionate consumers of the artform just like anyone else, have to recognize ourselves within the literal confines of and systems in which we are applying to make a living to help create and improve that artform. I was so inspired by you two and hearing just a few of these thoughts I shared, I finally have been able to apply and fight the resistance and judgement of maybe not being good enough to work there, but I'm confident now and I've been applying, so again. Thank you all so much. This was a lifelong dream of mine, to even just apply, and this video was the catalyst. Thank you so much.

    Great session and questions being asked. Hady is a wealth of information and a fantastic guest.
