The term is Kilig uniquely Filipino there's no direct translation , its a feeling similar to falling inlove but not really, it' the butterfly in your stomach ,but it doesn't stay there it crawls through your skin and entire body it cause you to hyperventilate you can feel it through physical touch or thing or from some one action most common would be from words being said or a compliment ,it doesn't have to be given directly to you but for other people you just feel emphatic to the subject to which is given to.
