I was only asked twice out of 12 hotel/resorts for proof of double vaxx status ..the rest didn't care or ask ... but they are so desperate for customers I think if I had leprosy they'd still have welcomed me with out arms

@@thaiger2go947 I'm heading from my place up to pratchup kiri khan via Surat and chumpon mid month, maybe further up then down the east side, planning on videos and maybe daily livestreams. ride safe.

I have strong hand guards fitted ,, but I still replaced the stock brake & clutch levers with a springed hinged type levers which when hit don't break ..maybe a bit too much redundancy but they give me a bit more peace of mind :-)

@@thaiger2go947 I didn't expact to have so much damage of so soft landing. At that moment the bike was new. Only 800km. Now I'm looking for hand guards to, and i will make my self a engine guard too. Just to stay safe. :))

Sand is my nemesis too, I think even more unpredictable than ice ....and the damned stuff is everywhere in Thailand . And for the soft landings all the sand does is hides the pesky rocks and ruts lol

Hr There :-) already racked up 800Km/500m and about 300km of that off road and so far I am very impressed with my buy . On the road there's a very slight rumble from zero > 15 kph I think this is becoz of the nobbly tread pattern . They are as grippy as the stock Dunlop rubber on the road.. But they do lean into bends quicker .. Off road is were they excel heavily rutted gravel tracks not a problem... sand they cope with OK+' ish but the sand out here is like talcum powder . Now I am feeling more confident to try more challenging tracks so it is a big thumbs up for me . PS if you do buy go for the + plus variant .... they look great on the 500x the bike really looks the business

@@thaiger2go947 thanks for that, it’s always good to get feedback from a trusted source...we’re still in hard lockdown here but I’ll get some fitted before relaxation of rules so that I can get them scrubbed in a bit before then...looking forward to getting some more trails done 👍🏻

still waiting to get my Mitas E07 tires.. the stock Dunlop tires are useless in sand ...no grip :-(

@@thaiger2go947 If you get new tires Try running the same route again. I think it should be better to control.

@@permyut I think so too .It was not a bad track..it just had just very deep sand ....at one part on the route my rear wheel sank into the sand up to the chain .. but I deleted that part by mistake when I was editing the video 555
