Stuka ya Wayuni, Wanjoya, Kanitha cia Doom & Nitwaririre Muno - By Jimmy Wayuni
Here comes yet another one of my favorites: Stuka ya Wayuni. And then there's Wanjoya (a folksong). Kanitha cia Doom has a lovely beat I borrowed from S. Africa. "Nitwaririre Muno" is actually a true story...!! Well, I guess you'll love the blending of the instruments with Mike Rua on the Bass Guitar. The melodious saxophone was played by the famous Twahir Mohammed of Simba Wanyika. At the vocals I was backed by Timona Mburu, Makibi James, Gatung'u and the Queen Jane's sisters (Agie Wangui & Lady Wanja)

Kamau wa Wambugu was one of my very popular songs in the '80s. In the vocals are myself, Kigia and the late Joseph Gicheha. Gaka ni Gaitu is a folk song I did with Elizabeth Nyambere; while Ndiri na Ihenya is uniquely very rich in Kikuyu proverbs. Hope my fans will enjoy the numbers....
