welcome! [animation]
a short animation assignment from my sophomore year (2021-2022). it was one of my very first animations made in Adobe Animate (I HATE ADOBE ANIMATE). it was just to show our baseline understanding of the program. it's so cute though! i wish i hadnt forgotten about it and used it for the channel more often lol

His Batman Begins voice is better than Dark Knight's.

I realise I am gonna get stoned by the Nolan fans for this but.... Begins in general was better than Dark Knight. While it still had flaws, Begins still FELT like Batman. Bruce felt and acted more like his comic counterpart, Gotham was this crazy looking otherworldly city and the fear gas was probably the closest these movies have ever gotten to the comic-y insanity that is life in Gotham City. From Dark Knight onwards, it went downhill. Bruce became overly reliant on Lucius and his tech, was constantly distracted by Rachel and wished for Dent to give him an opportunity to quit being Batman. He kills Dent by the end of the movie yet somehow moves on from that, abandons Gotham for 8 freaking years... none of it actually feels like Batman. Not to mention Joker not really acting much like Joker. Or Harvey Dent completely ommiting the split personality bit. Or that Gotham randomly looked like an average city now. Dark Knight was the better movie, don't get me wrong. But Begins was the better BATMAN movie. Because it feels as if back then Nolan wasn't embarrassed to be making a comic book movie.
