See its never sure and certain. The joining date can vary due to various reasons. It may take few weeks or a month or two.

Recently two days ago I took the Ltimindtree assessment test and after it I had 2 interview round, When we gave the assessment test there was a test ID that I have to capture, I captured it but after the end of the test I saw that the picture file was corrupted due to my phone problem so is it required in further process? Not really. But even if it is asked during any further process, you can mail the same to the support team.

No, they call for training. Not really, just focus on giving clear and precise answers in the interview and you are good to go :)

See if you get selected, they will ask you to fill the documentation process within a month or weeks in some cases. So be prepared with the certificates and documents before hand.

See in our case, we only have the 3 month training period which involves various classroom type programs that will be conducted on their kalinga campus.

Joining date will conveyed after the documentation process. And it could take weeks to several months to receive the joining letter!

I had my HR on 14th, after thow many days can I expect a resutlt, also when would they onboard?
Can’t tell exactly but you will have to wait patiently for at least 3-4 weeks.
Even if you clear hr round also it's not confirmed they will share you the offers letter ,that is what worst process in LTI mintree,I gave 1st technical june month then july 2 round and aug 2 was hr round they said releasing offer but they didn't release after then again schedule client interview , it's really worst experience for experience people is very hard to clear interview, they will take the interview 1 hours 30 min for exp like 5-6 year experience guys

In HR round they asked me do you have any year gap or back log, I do have a year gap and I told them the same and that was because of covid, so is their any criteria of rejection on this year gap basis??
