I just flew them Manila to Sydney in Business class (replacing Phillipine Airlines). Old a330-200 bird and probably the worst business class seat in the sky! Ancient. Terrible food and pooly trained crew (although nice and trying). Definitely sub par to the Phillipino product and will avoid in future. You are paying the same money for a sub-par product.

Thanks for the review ! My big issue with Jetstar is their' sudden cancellation of flights .If they could reliably transport passengers from A to B I might consider flying with them again.One thing I DO like about Jetstar; their' ham and cheese toasty!
