3 reasons mindful writing is effective
Mindful writing is highly effective at revealing answers to questions that you've been stuck on resolving. There are many reasons why it is so effective and here are the top three:
1. Our inner censor often blocks us from seeing the truth about something uncomfortable. Mindful writing disables that censor.
2. Writing down our thoughts without doing anything with them leaves them on the page. Mindful writing digs into our thoughts until we get to the root.
3. Our thoughts clutter our minds as they bounce around with uncertainty. When we put our thoughts on paper with specific strategies, we can see them and organize them. It is much easier to make clear decisions without all that bouncing.
