Running a 2:37 Marathon - Belfast City 2024
We follow Hoka athlete Peter Thompson from the Dublin Endurance Project and Victoria Park Athletics Club as he runs a 2:37 marathon in Belfast, a time he was disappointed with. He goes again at Cork City Marathon at the start of June.

Beautiful shots. I’m moving to Funchal next month. Are you living in the area? Would love to grab a drink and chat about your experiences. Do you additional permissions to fly in the Fanal Forest? I thought it was a national forest.
No Trevor I was just there for holiday & creating content - an amazing place! No issues with drone use other than usual licensing.

Hello! Your shots are very nice. I have a question about using a drone. Are there any special regulations, registration perhaps? Maybe something important? Was there any more problematic situation? Thank you very much
Many thanks! For the drone you should have the European (EASA) drone licence to fly in countries like Portugal - you can do certificate/test online. No issues at all flying the drone in Madeira! Make sure not flying in restricted areas etc

Schöne 4K Aufnahmen. Vor allem die Drohnenaufnahmen gefallen mir gut. Ich hätte da mit 60 FPS gefilmt, dann wären die Aufnahmen noch besser. Aber trotzdem sehr gut gemacht. Das Like 35 ist von mir. Ich fliege mit der DJI AIR 2S und filme mit der GoPro 10. Gruß Rainer Beautiful 4K recordings. I especially like the drone shots. I would have filmed at 60 FPS, then the recordings would be even better. But still very well done. The Like 35 is mine. I fly with the DJI AIR 2S and film with the GoPro 10.
Thank you this! I find 60fps for the cinematic drone shots doesn’t look as natural so generally go for 24/30fps
@@markrmonteith OK, ich filme nur mit 60 FPS und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Der Vorteil ist, das auch beim Schwenken der Drohne das Bild sehr schön gleichmäßig ist. Aber, wenn Du damit Erfolg hast, ist es auch in Ordnung. Gruß Rainer OK, I'm only filming at 60 FPS and I'm very happy with it. The advantage is that even when the drone is swivelled, the image is very even. But, if you succeed with it, it's okay too. Greetings Rainer

great footage, one minor thing I would suggest from my view. others might not agree. but the switches of scenes happen so fast. I woudnt mind seeing a scene 20sec. instead of like 5-10 sec.

Awesome footage! I’m Considering this drone, just wondering is the light weight a concern for Irish weather or have you been happy enough with it?
Thanks! It’s a brilliant piece of kit, more than holds its own. Probably wouldn’t risk if very windy and footage could be slightly shaky but highly recommend.

Great footage. Just beautiful. You can pick up a used Mavic 2 pro for less than the price of the mini 3 pro. I just bought a Mavic 2 pro with 3 batteries and a heap of extras for 650. The mini 3 has better motors than the original mini, but it's still light. The M2 pro is an absolute beast in the wind. I guess it's all about what you want. I'd be afraid to go for the mini because of the weight to wind performance.
@@robsrob1283 true that is excellent value but there are a few extra restrictions on heavier drones and the quality of the Mini 3 Pro is exceptional for most things. You can literally carry it round in your pocket & also very quiet.
