Big engine, tiny Gheenoe!
มุมมอง 203ปีที่แล้ว
I’ve been restoring this old 13’ Gheenoe. Refiberglassed the EXTREMELY damaged hull and sprayed it with new gelcoat. Put a 18hp evinrude on it and sent it for the first ride!

Thank you sir!!
Nice homemade rig brother!
Thank you sir! Lmk when you got time to come out!!
Thx big dog!! Lmk when you’re free, got an extra bow for you to use!!!
@@outcastwreckreation6259 for sure! I’ve always wanted to try bow fishing!
Glad you did this video and a couple observations, not criticizing. I haven't ordered my ROS yet because I was originally worried about the sound of the ratchet but after watching Bullman's vids on how to operate the ratchet without making noise I'm not concerned about it anymore and the guys who've been running them have no shortage of big bucks on their wall. On the other hand when your broke out the platform ring of steps with the buck strap I noticed how noisey they were and while I get that you weren't trying to be quiet the point that you have to try to be quiet with metal steps isn't a bonus to me. I think I'll go with working the ratchet quietly. This vid helped me.
I cannot believe I never responded to this sir!! Please message me @ outcast wreckreation or Cameron stout and we can talk ROS!! I apologize for my tardiness!!!
The music way too loud
Great shot!
Thank you! It works out that way sometimes! 😉
Nice shot

We need more videos!!!
you all wasted your money
I was searching for the right way to use this OCB and luckily i finally stumbled on to this video. You should do another video titled "How to properly use the Eastern Woods Outdoors sewn OCB" and you will probably get tons of views. Surely I'm not the only one looking for this and it was hard to find. Thanks for the video !
Eastern woods outdoors sells. A cam over buckle
Yes sir! That’s where I got mine, great customer service! Pairs well with my Cranford steps and recon saddle
Merica,,,,,!,,,,,,!
Hell ya brother!
Bro
Hush up boy! Haha.
Great video! I'm planning on doing the same with my new kayak soon.
It’s a lot of fun! I enjoy it more than my bigger boats as I can get on the small rivers

wakarusa?
Yes sir! Out by Auburn
Pulling them bait fish in left and right! Haha nice!
Do your upgrades...stainless steel feed ramp and grip upgrade. Mcarbo
I have had 0 issues as is and have had it for almost a year!
@@outcastwreckreation6259 me too…but I have seen another owner melt his ramp..so maybe just in case it might.
WHAAAAAAAAAAAT ?
If you have any questions on them let me know!
@@outcastwreckreation6259 how forgiving would you say they are?...how quiet and what is handshock like?...thanks a lot and ya got an awesome channel!
To be honest it took me a ton of practice to be accurate enough to want to hunt with it. It is a treat to shoot once you get the hang of it. The slider grip is a cool function so different shooters can set the grip offset. All in all a great bow. Mine is set at 29” 70# pull and with my 2 blade stingers I had all complete pass through a last year
Hoping I don’t get ripped off like that I’m really looking forward to two mags ...
I didn’t get two unfortunately 😔 they were readily available online after the purchase so I have two extra!
I wanted to like it but I can't. Mine could not fire more than twice without a ftf. Polished the tiny feed ramp and did the glue trick on the mags to snug them up. No better. Installed stainless feed ramp. It got worse. Now ftf and fte. Returned to Kel-Tec 11 weeks ago. Yes correct ammo was used and mags loaded correctly. Not satisfied at all. Update... Just got it back from Keltec. They replaced a lot of stuff and gave me a couple spare buffers. There was no charge which I was worried about since I had installed an aftermarket feed ramp. I have not fired it yet, if it runs I will be happy with my Keltec experience. Update Oct 2021--finally fired it. About 30 rounds no issues.
That’s horrible man! I have more than 500 through mine and not a single failure yet. Weird
Damn you ended up getting the one gun out of all produced that doesn’t work with anything. I love mine
Send it back to keltec they will repair it for free.
Update on the gun?
Update?
BTW...I will take you up on the Kansas invitation if its open...I imagine you'd be an awesome guide!
Thank you! We do pretty well! You’re welcome to add Cameron Stout on Facebook!
Did you ever add me?!
Find your Buck yet?
Yes I killed 2 bucks this year. One in KS and one in MO. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get either one on video 😩
duh, what kind of review is this
Thanks for watching 🤘🏼
Just got one today. I love it. Ran a full mag. Not a issue. Accurate as hell
It’s my EDC. A lot of firepower in a little package. Thinking of doing another video on this fun!
@@outcastwreckreation6259 got a rock island be 80 12 gauge semi auto. 20 round round drum. It’s also a fun gun. Check it out
your a great hunter i hope i can be just like you when i grow up
Doubtful as you move too much and rely on your guide to put you on the deer…. Maybe someday you’ll put in the time you claim and can kill a giant!!
Thx for your overview. Spurs are really hard and noisy. The avg hunter would benefit from climbing sticks to ascend and a platform vs ring of steps. Good luck.
I’ll respectfully disagree. Depends on the tree on how loud they are. They are 100% faster than sticks. With Ros I’m tight to the tree and can walk 360 degrees around it keeping tree between me and the deer. Plus ros is lighter and faster to set up with a cam buckle. Good luck
@@outcastwreckreation6259 TY again. Good luck as well!
I too must respectfully disagree...the learning curve on spur climbing for hunting purposes is pretty easy actually...and can be very quiet... certainly as fast or faster than any other climbing method in my humble opinion...I think for the purpose of making this video he wasnt trying to be as quiet as he would have been had been climbing to hunt...also the type of tree can make more noise than another type of tree...he was ready to hunt in less than 10 minutes...awesome job I say!
I am definitely more noisy than a lot of guys, I will admit. I hulk smash through the woods and up the tree until I am set up. So much thought goes into each hunt I am confident there are no deer anywhere near me when I get into my tree 2 1/2 hours early. Since saddle hunting and watching my entry trail, I have killed 4 p&y bucks in 3 years. All in 3 different states. I learned a lot of how I hunt from John & Joseph eberharts teachings. It’s like with anything though, take what you find useful and leave the rest! Good luck this year!
@@outcastwreckreation6259 Thx for your reply! 3 p&y is awesome! Good luck this season!
Awesome video man! Nice editing too. Tight lines!🤙🏻
Thanks for watching
Now that’s wading!
Thank you! Had a few successful wades this year but wasn’t able to film. Hope you had a good season!
i sub you ♥ thanks you
i sub you ♥ good luck
Is this a right-handed bow or a leftie one?
Right hand!
These bows are either. You remove the grip and flip it upside down and reinstall to change it to left or right hand!
@@outcastwreckreation6259 Thank you.
Nce job buddy! What state are you hunting?
I hunt northeast Kansas and mid Missouri mostly. 2021 season I’ll probably add a 3rd state to the mix! What about you?
I’m from Jersey. I usually hunt the northwest corner. Some decent hardwoods. Lots of deer and some nice black bear. However this year I’ll be hunting PA and NY sate. Looking forward to going out west in fall 2021 though.
If you ever want to hunt Ks lmk! Got 5 P&Y bucks on the hit list for this year!
Buddy that would be awesome! Huge change from Jersey.
Let’s do it !
Nice nature
Sweet video!!
Nice videos good job problem is you can't catch no real catfish without me
Nothing like fishing them backcountry creeks, looked like y’all had a great day out there! Great job on the video brother, I’m new to your channel so I smashed them buttons and I’m looking forward to checking out some more of your videos! Tight lines y’all 🎣
Thank you! I’m still learning how to shoot and edit video, it’s only my second month or so on TH-cam, I appreciate the subscription!
It’s a lot work but if sure can be a lot of fun, so take the good with the bad and enjoy the ride!

Proud of you bud keep up the good work
Exploring a creek is so fun. Nice job bro. Tight lines from BFG
