It's reasonable, she always comes across as a sweet woman and it would be quite reasonable for any well adjusted person to become overwhelmed by outpourings of support, love and kindness. Especially given how the relationship between a streamer and their chat can be, there isn't exactly much guidance on managing the emotional back and forth between a collective and their focus of admiration.
