Hi there. Thanks for watching. The buildings are all on a hill and face the ocean so you can see the ocean from most rooms. Some views may have an obstruction by trees or another building. A higher floor will have a clearer view of the ocean as there is a tree line in between the resort and the water just after the pool.

Hi John. Thank you for watching and your comment. I understand your concern about getting your money's worth. There are many all-inclusive resort options across many price points. I personally enjoy all-inclusives because I don't want to think about a separate meal budget. I don't drink much alcohol, but I still enjoy fun, frozen non-alcoholic drinks. I have had some great meals at all-inclusive resorts and have tried things that I might not have if I was paying a la carte. The included desserts and ice cream can be dangerous though lol. I hope you have a wonderful stay at Hard Rock!!

Hi Steven. I'm sorry. We just took a tour of the resort and were not able to get to the beach. We visited in 2021, and there was a lot of sargassum in the area then.

Hi there. You do get special treatment for staying in one of these suites with "Star Class." There is a concierge desk just outside the building to assist you with reservations, and Star Class guests get priority. There is a private pool and lounge for Star Class guests. There is an upgraded room service menu and an upgraded mini-bar, plus many other perks. Thanks for asking!

Hi Balkaran. Unfortunately, I didn't get to stay at Azul; we only toured the resort, and I was very impressed. I haven't visited Royal Solaris to offer an opinion. They are both family-friendly resorts and about equal distance from the airport. The resorts have similar amenities so it would depend on your personal preferences. Everyone was very friendly at Azul, and I'm looking forward to when I do stay there. I hope you have a happy new year!

Hi there. We were in the Cypress Tower, but our room was down the end of the hall away from the pool. These rooms are in the same building as the Club Lounge and lobby so that is convenient. The Mediterranean Plunge Pool Villas are the closest to the main pool. The Almond Building is a bit closer to the pool than the Cypress Tower.

Hi there. The 5-year-old will have lots to do with the kids' club and the splash park. Unfortunately, the kids' club start at age 3. The two-year-old may love the pools and the splash park.

I'm sorry, but this is a two bedroom option for the Director's Suite. It is a one bedroom Director's Suite behind a lock-out door to connect to a Junior Suite which makes it a two bedroom option. This is mentioned in the video. Thanks for watching!

Generally, if you sign for something, you're paying for it. Most all-inclusive resorts have items that may be extra. Adult beverages were included but if you got a specialty glass to keep then that was extra. Specialty coffees were extra.

You definitely need to pay attention to those little details.

I was there in January, no seaweed at all.

Hi Precious. Thank you for watching! This is two connecting Deluxe Ocean View rooms which forms the Deluxe Family Suite Ocean View.

We liked the spa. It is small, and there isn't a hydrotherapy area other than in a specific room. We got massages which felt wonderful. I got a light massage that I really enjoyed, and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

The Spa is wonderful. We always indulge in massages when there and I've had my nails and hair touched up there when needed too. The Spa staff is extremely professional and accommodating.

Are the pools warm?

Unfortunately, I only toured the resort so I didn't get to try out the pools.

How was your vacation? What were your overall thoughts of the resort?

We had a wonderful time in Cancun, and I really enjoyed visiting the resort. I didn't get to stay there, only visited it, so I'm looking forward to really spending time there. It is a large resort with a lot to do. I stayed at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica which has some similarities, and I loved it.

Hi Breanna. Yes, there is a shower in the Director's Suite as well as in the adjacent room.

The beach in Cancun is nicer and larger than in Costa Rica. The water is prettier in Cancun as well since PH Cancun is on the Caribbean, and PH Costa Rica is on a bay of the Pacific. The two resorts are similar but different. The Cancun resort is much bigger and busier. You feel like you are in the middle of no where in Costa Rica, and it's so pretty there. I'll be posting up a tour video of PH Cancun soon. I was able to take a tour of it and will be staying there in November as well.

I am Randall from Costa Rica and I can confirmed that you will have fun in that beach like no other since is a volcanic sand ... think about it ... how many times you will be in the middle of the Planet having a good drink under 110° ... with that kind of luxury Hotel... I was there the end of April. It was just before the rainy season so there is a chance of rain every day. It may rain for a short while or for the day. It was very hot and humid while I was there.
