Vom 80s DJ zum Bedroom DJ, Musik ist meine Leidenschaft 💯👍😍
Die 80s waren meine Zeit, die habe ich von Anfang bis Ende gefeiert und mit meinem Freund DJ Karl auf verschieden Partys und größeren Events aufgelegt 🕺💃 Anfang der 90s war das dann zu Ende,
die Scheiben aus der Zeit sind in Kisten verschwunden und wurden eingelagert, sehr viele auch verkauft 🖤 Während der Corona-Pandemie habe ich mir einen Pioneer DDJ 400 zugelegt und mit den, in den 90s digitalisierten, Maxis ein paar Mixe erstellt.
Das Ganze war dann aber nicht dasselbe wie mit Vinyl und es zogen 2 Dreher und ein Mischpult hier ein 😎 Nach über 30 Jahren Pause ist jetzt jede Menge Übung angesagt 🙉 😂
Meine Frau "bestellt" immer wieder mal einen Mix mit "ihrer" Musik, zum Glück für mich mag sie auch 80s Musik ❤️ und ich bekomme wieder mehr Praxis.
Seit April 2024 werden die Scheiben auch mit einer Ultraschall Plattenwaschmaschine gereinigt, Vorreinigung wird mit der Knosti gemacht.

Never heard the long mix before, great post!! Didn't like the song much when it came out but as the years roll on it has grown on me and the melancholy lyric that goes "you can never look back" always makes me feel nostalgic. A Dead Head sticker on a Cadillac wouldn't affect me though a Duran Duran sticker on a Hummer would make me cry LOL!

Very cool dub mix to a very cool song!! Great choice!! Loved Animotion's first two albums... But then Bill & Astrid left. Bill left because the record company would no longer allow to write songs and Astrid and Octavio were fired by the management for some reason... Shame.
