Yes Gordon, you are correct BUT when compared to normal sponge recipe using notmal wheat flour and sugar rather than xylitol, you talking maybe 1/10 of the sugar content, if not 1/20. In my opinion, this is far better for me

Hey brother, curry looks good but personally I don't put carrots in mine. I use a good stock and cook on a low heat until I reach a gravy like consistency. When I post mine I will share the link.
Yes please do Boetie, thanks for the comment. I try and use natural ingredients only and dont use shop bought stocks, prefer making my own hut will give your method a bash as your curry is DELICIOUS👌🏻

For someone who loves bread, I can't believe how strong you have been to abstain. Keep it up brother 👍
Boet, if you bake this loaf, I predict you will become addicted to it. Yes the cost is probably twice the cost of a gluten infested loaf BUT the health benefits will be tenfold as well as financial saving. This saving in COST is HUGE. As an example I have not been to see a Doctor for any health issues in the last three years and am COMPLETELY off any medication for a year. So go figure.....

I remember one early morning, I'm taking 1am ish we all had to get woken up to take you to Addington Hospital, when we arrived, Dad was holding papers, ad we got out the taxi the wind blew all the papers all over the road. That night they put you in a big tent. Shame...I felt so sorry for you. Love you loads, now you good and healthy.
