Hey Tricia, I just wanted to let you know that that video is coming soon, they had just announced a few weeks ago to us Kajabi Heroes that the communities were going to undergo some more significant changes and most likely be getting a full redesign very soon. I'm going to reach out again today and find out how soon that's happening because I'd rather make it once the changes come out, but if it's going to be a while...I'll create one now and I can always do another afterwards. just wanted to leave you an update. There have been a lot of question around it.

Of course, I hope the video was helpful. So I’ve checked on this extensively because I knew that there was really no way to do it, but I wanted to double check for you… As of right now, there’s no way to embed the pop-up check out. But I believe that’s coming in the future possibly. Because I know they’re working on getting it to work better with Like Google analytics and Facebook pixel right now. It’s unfortunate right now it’s native. If you’re on WordPress, you can always try to find a plug-in that possibly would let you display a pop-up on your website that includes the actual checkout page… But I haven’t used WordPress in a little while so you have to see if there’s a plug-in that can assist you. I know I’ve seen it before with a plug-in that allows you to embed any URL as a pop-up.

@@MichaelGoms I'd like for a one time expiring coupon code to be sent to people as part of an automation. I am aware that you can do this via Deadline funnel, but wanted to see if there was a way I could do this only using kajabi.

As of 12:00 minutes in the video I do show how to set up an automation, although I did leave out the part where after you set up the “single use coupon“ there is another drop-down right below that that I forgot to mention where you select the corresponding coupon instead of entering it below in the text. But yeah, if I understand you correctly, you can set up an automated coupon here, that you pre-create and set an expiration date… But obviously the time limit for each individual person won’t be the same, and you have to create a new code after that one expires. If you just wanna have an individual code sent out to everyone that doesn’t expire though… This feature works. But unfortunately, it won’t generate an automated code as an automation. I’m gonna mention that to them though.

Hey Tad, that's a great question. I'm not currently tracking any events nor do I have any custom conversions. BUT...I might be able to help. If you're tracking using the "Initiate Checkout" event, then it should be working properly. Because the Kajabi system treats the pop-up as the same exact checkout page, just in a pop-up window. I'm assuming that's what you want to track are people who initiate checkout and maybe don't complete the purchase? If you want to track the purchases themselves (and you probably already know this), but, just set up the "Purchase" Event instead. That way you can track when some type of confirmation or transaction receipt has been triggered. Also, if you're not sure, you can track at least visits in the meantime to the checkout pages, which should include pop-ups in your analytics tab in Kajabi. Go to your Kajabi Dashboard/analytics/page views and then you can try specific offers there. Not sure if that helped but please let me know if you have success!

I think I'm dependent on the Kajabi / Meta Conversions API and don't see a clear way to link the Popup Checkout to a custom conversion. According to Kajabi's help articles, they are "actively exploring ways to integrate popup checkout with Meta Conversions API" which is a nice way of saying they haven't figured it out (I think). I'm back to trad checkout for now and tracking well. I'm only really interested in Purchase tracking now, so the ads can optimize.

1. Unfortunately, no, you can turn on an abandon car email for each one of your offers. Not your products. Go to your offers under settings. But unfortunately, it’s the same template for every single one. But they have an automated liquid object that tells them what page they were looking at or what product they were looking at when they abandoned. 2. Yes, you can use liquid objects… If you know what you’re doing, I think it’s a great idea. If not, just be really careful not to break the email. There is a reset button underneath the email template that you can click if it ever gets messed up.

As of right now, they don’t have a sequence… They just have a single email that goes out. If you wanna turn it on, make sure you go each offer under the settings, and turn on your abandon cart email. But it’s just a single email, not a sequence.

@@MichaelGoms actually it's for my client who recently moved from klaviyo to kejabi and i have already prepared the whole seq. Also they have 4 different products so my ques to you is should i create 1 abandoned cart email per product for them or kejabi only allows 1 abandoned cart email at all not matter how many products they have? Also bro do kejabi have built in features to Track revenue per email/campaign without third party integration? Plz help me out with those ques and thank you for your prev answer.

Unfortunately, as of right now, it’s a single abandoned cart email that goes out. You can customize that email like I have, but other than that, there’s not much control over it afterwards. They don’t get added to a list or anything.

As of right now, no, Kajabi does not offer a direct messaging platform like Voxer or via text or something. Hopefully that is something they will implement in the future, as they are constantly adding new features. But there are different ways like you mentioned to communicate with your coaching clients. For example, if they’re part of one of your courses, they can comment on lessons and modules where you can communicate there. Of course those communications are public to whoever’s in the course. Like you mentioned, adding them to a membership, or to your community is a great option as well except for the fact that the messages are all public in the feed. What I do is add my personal coaching clients to a “circle“ within my community, and that “circle” is private and it’s really easy to set up a circle or an access group product to be added to the same offer as your coaching program when they sign up. Only my coaching clients are inside. You could create one circle for every single client you have but eventually that will be too many. I recommend putting them all under one circle. Or you can have one “access group“ that has a circle for every single one of your clients depending on how many you have. And I believe Kajabi has the ability to direct message individuals on the community platform. I’m gonna be producing a video on this topic in the next few days so make sure you’re subscribed and stay tuned And I’ll see how well I can answer this question more thoroughly.

The great thing about Kajabi is that you don’t really need the code to keep yourtext centered. Kajabi has a ton of different section widgets for your website pages that already have the text centered for you. If you decide not to use one of Kajabi‘s preset widgets or sections, you can select the text in the text editor for any text that you would like to have centered, and go down to the tab called “desktop layout”, and select center. Do the same thing on the mobile version.

So sorry for the late reply 😁 there are a few ways to track people who have abandoned their carts in Kajabi. I will be posting a video in the next couple of days explaining all of this and more with ideas on tracking and analytics and data and reaching out to those customers. So just subscribe to get notified when that video releases in the next couple of days.

Well, I would create content and run Facebook ads simultaneously. I tend to focus more on the content side right now because Contant creation is Evergreen, especially on TH-cam, and it’s free, only costing your time to put the content together. The formula I usually use running Facebook ads to my courses, is that I start with running an ad to a simple freebie like a PDF or simple video training that is free. That gives them a taste of what it’s like working with me, helps them to understand how much experience I have in that topic , and after they signed up for freebie, on the thank you page, I offer them what we call a self liquidating offer. This is a small product that I usually charge around $7 or $17, Usually, this is like a mini course around the same sort of topic as my flagship course. And then you have to do The calculation to see how many people you would need to sell your mini course to to cover the cost of your Facebook ads. Just run the ad for a few days to a week and you should get that data. To either break even or slightly make a profit. The point of the self liquidating offer is not to necessarily gain a profit, but to pay for your ad spend. Then once you’ve proven that your ads, and your self liquidating offer are converting, then you can ramp up how much you’re spending on your advertising and set it on auto pilot. Obviously, within your mini course, you would promote your flagship course. If you’re familiar with sales funnels, you can set it up so that they show up to opt-in for your freebie, they then pay for your self liquidating tiny offer, and then you automatically direct them to an upsell page to sell them on your flagship course or program. The great thing about this approach is that everything is on auto pilot. And of course you’re also adding them to your email sequences and continuing to nurture and teach them until they end up purchasing your flagship course. I’m struggling with starting it all for free. I pick it up, do all the work and someone wants a credit card number. It’s not a job, it’s for fun, so the rule has always been buy what you physically need (I’ve been a youtuber for years), but other than StreamYard and Canva everything has a price since Anchor Fm “left”. Yes, unfortunately. My Father passed away which has been a very tough time for me as we were very close…and I’ve had some other struggles within my family, so I thought it was best to put my love and attention elsewhere temporarily and come back to the series in January hopefully, when I’ve had some time to process grief and focus in my mental health.
