Dynamic Discs Fuzion Orbit Trespass
Available 10-24-24, 11am @doublehelixdiscsports.com
DBL Helix Test Notes... the Trespass is my favorite do it all driver and I have bagged one for a number of years now. But as many know, and is apparent in my flight test, the Trespass is not true to its factory flight numbers which indicate way more overstability than it actually has. Also I could never understand why DD called it a 12 speed when it is definitely smaller rimmed than a 12 speed Destroyer and no bigger that the 11 speed Lat 64 Grace. In my option, the DD Trespass has always offered the flight of the Lat 64 Grace before the Grace was released. Its a really great neutral flying driver and has many plastic choices available which do vary the flight characteristics. The Fuzion Orbit ones are on the understable side for the Trespass.

Dynamic Discs Fuzion Orbit Captain
มุมมอง 46วันที่ผ่านมา
Available 10-24-24, 11am @doublehelixdiscsports.com DBL Helix Test Notes...The Fuzion Orbit Captain is a max distance type of disc as it offers a big rim, plenty of mid flight turn and nice late flight stability. The Captain is seemingly a less popular mold in DD lineup as it is not always available. But wow does it fly great and go far. Sometimes I'm intimidated and annoyed by 13 speed discs a...
Dynamic Discs Fuzion Orbit Justice
มุมมอง 49วันที่ผ่านมา
Available 10-24-24 11am @doublehelixdiscsports.com DBL Helix Test Notes...the Fuzion Orbit Justice might be one of the better know discs in Dynamic discs lineup. And its easy to know why as it is very comfortable and mildly shallow in hand and extremely overstable in flight. The green and red one I used in my test is very flat top while some of the other color combo ones have a slight dome. But...

Compared to a Discraft Buzzz, the Emac Truth is a touch more stable but not as much as the factory flight numbers might indicate. For that reason I think...
Discmania D Line P1X Flex 2
มุมมอง 217วันที่ผ่านมา
Available 10-24-24 @doublehelixdiscsports.com DBL Helix Test Notes...the P1X is a great mid depth small beaded putter from Discmania. Dynamic Discs Classic Supreme Emac Judge

Available 10-24-24 @doublehelixdiscsportss.com Helix Test Notes...I found the Supreme Emac Judge to be exactly as advertised by DD. This feel great in my hands and is the combo I most prefer in putters. The depth of th...

Axiom Cosmic Neutron Insanity

MVP Plasma Entropy

Available @doublehelixdiscsports.com DBL Helix Test Notes... The Plasma Entropy is MVP's Zone, Harp, Tactic equivalent and for good reason. I love the videos. You always review the disc's I'm thinking about or have. I wish you would state the wind conditions for the review. Tell us how the disc feels. I love it, but a little more would be awesome.
Looks like it should go in your bag. Just think once the flashing wears off.
I bag the Trespass. For me the smaller rim of the Trespass is more comfortable. But yea it does bomb and I like the stability of these. I didn’t notice any flashing on these.
that forehand😭
Hey if you got pointers… I’m open!
I ordered mine!
@@drewtube777 nice. I assume it was a preorder as they aren’t officially releasing until 12 am tonight. By the way, as a retailer I can assure you that you that there are plenty of discs around even with these “limited” drops. No need to preorder in today’s disc golf market. Wait till they drop and then pick your preferred colors etc. 😀
My Insanity is more like 9 | 4.5 | -1 | 2. Other 9 speed discs with more OS numbers are more flippy.
@@kasperancher Nice, thanks for that feedback-back.
Def depends on the plastic, fission even in max weight is like a -2.5/1 and proton can be as you said
The Plasma plastic is great. Thanks. for the video. I wish it were more over stable. MVP does not have a good Zone Clone in my opinion. That is why I have a zone. Sorry MVP.
Yup you said it. Hey have you tried the eclipse Tempo. It’s a better zone in my opinion. We still got a few left on our site. 😀
The DD Trespass is MONEY!
Yea, not Lat64 Trespass...
wild my saint pro flys like thunderbird.
I had the first run of KT Orbit and I agree with you. I randomly tried the new run in this video after it felt completely different in the hand. It flies just like this now with quite a bit of turn, and is a pretty fun disc in the woods.
A luna copy cat
@@JohnBoyBuilds yea you would based off the luna’s flight numbers but the Sinus is actually very different from a Luna. The Sinus is flat top, overstable , slower and not as glidey. Don’t buy this hoping for a Luna like flight. It’s not even close. 😞
The Sinus also came out 12 years before the Luna.
@@Travis_NB true, true. I hear this release is different from the original in that it loses the flight plate grippy pads that the original Sinus had.
Im looking at this MAYBE replacing my Cookie. Cookie seems more comfortable though.
Cookies are hard to beat. 😀. But so is K1 plastic. Definitely would say the cookie fades a touch more than the IDOG but they are similar.
@@doublehelixdiscsports k1 is great plastic for sure. I just like the edges of Clash discs. Both are top tier plastic. I throw my Tone COOKIE and it glides way more with a tiny bit less fade, which I like. 1 mold 2 decent uses! I see you have a nice disc website. I'm sure you have a few I can snag! (Not like I need more discs!!)
You have a great disc selection on your site. Superb colors... especially that bubble gum. That is by far my favorite combo!
@@doublehelixdiscsports how is that Drive? Some say over stable a bit.
@@ScroDiddly yes sir, help yourself. We got multiple cookie variations as well as a recent restock of the IDOG
This was my next disc. Have you thrown a regular honey? They look like the same flight.
You can find my field test video of the regular steady Wild Honey on TH-cam or our website. It was extremely understable. But different people have reported big variations in flight from the Wild Honey even in the same plastic.
It really is a great disc.
My flat throws with this disc are fairly over stable at about 325 ft.
Yes agreed. And the ring plastic is so catchy! I’m thinking of bagging it myself? It’s very similar to the kastaplast Alva which I do bag. Have you ever tried the Alva?
@@doublehelixdiscsports I use almost all Clash and Kastalplast. I like the alva but It turns too much on me sometimes. I love my Wild Honey though.
@@doublehelixdiscsports sometimes this colored plastics are thicker and is sometimes over stable. My Vanilla is over stable in the white color
@@ScroDiddly that’s helpful news. In my experience I found Clash discs to vary quite a bit between runs. I also noticed some fit and finish issues with some of there discs, like stamps off center, nicks and plastic crumbs on the rim, spots of scaring on the flight plate plastic etc. they definitely have neat stuff going on with TONE and Ring but for the premium price I think they could do better with consistency between runs and better quality control. Hopefully they work out these issues as the company grows.
@@doublehelixdiscsports most discs vary between runs. I don't know many that don't. Especially when they change plastics and designs like Tone.. they shouldn't be compared to each other unless they are the same 'runs'. Again, all discs are like this, that's why some runs are sought after then other.. I've actually moved and throw all Tone stuff now. They are a lot glidier and flight plates are not as heavy. that's why Halo discs are beefier, it's made with thicker flight plates. Usually signature runs are the same way, beefier, if also sold in stock plastic. I've spent hours resting this. Steady and Sonny plastics are different in stiffness and flight plates. It's almost impossible to use different plastics in same molds because they cool differently. Stamp placement, on my experience, has almost zero difference in flights of same run. Flashing is different but can be fixed.
This stock disc did me well at Tallahassee open. Wonder if this changed flight characteristics
Love the flight numbers and your videos are to the point and no yaking lol
Thanks for this kind feedback. Also check the description of the video for a short write-up on the disc. 😀. We appreciate you.
I've played with Jerek on a number of occasions and this guy rips the disc! Always glad to see the OB boys doing well!
Hmmm...I wonder how different it is from the DGA Vortex?
@@PMantle good question, I’m really not sure. I never threw a Vortex. Have you thrown them both? What do you think.
@@doublehelixdiscsports I have not, but was eyeing the Vortex recently because I love all things understable. My forehand is just bad.
When is it pdga leagal? That's the real question.
@@coreyvalek2691 it was approved by the pdga on May 20th of this year.
There’s no way you can call that a straight or flat release man
@@billgustafsson5457 you got me, I have no defense. 😬 Hopefully the video provided some kind of helpful information about the flight of the parachute even I wasn’t able to hit it flat. Thanks for viewing and commenting.
🤟👽♠️🥏
I think now you should put flight numbers before throwing it
@@joestierhoff589 what? Please explain!
When you show the disc at the beginning put the flight numbers at the bottom so you know what it is but love your videos
@@joestierhoff589 thanks for explaining this idea. 💡 I really like it! Watch for this in future videos. 😀.
Waiting for the day when Waves have the dome/shape of the Trail.
@@PMantle yes, yes, yes! Couldn’t agree more. Why is MVP so insistent on flat drivers?
@@doublehelixdiscsports It drives me crazy because the Wave is so close!
I need the Cheeseburger Bird Tempo!
How does it fly compared to the OTB one?
Unfortunately I don’t know. We didn’t get any of the OTB ones in. Sorry!
Excited to see some swirly “marbled” proton made it into this run!
Yea all the ones we got in have some pretty neat swirly stuff going on.
@@doublehelixdiscsportsjust got this exact tester disc in. The profile looks identical to the Mint Discs Freetails I love, so I’m looking forward to giving it some throws tonight. Thanks!
@@Jtrain039 Awesome. Let me know what you think of it.😀
@@doublehelixdiscsports not as much late fade as those Eternal Freetails I have. Which isn’t a bad thing. Hit cage at 300’ on a laser straight hyzer flip. The Shift is getting to 340-350 for me on the course tonight with the slightest of turn on a hyzer release. Shot a PR -11 tonight thanks to it!
@@Jtrain039🎉wow, that’s some pretty crazy stuff your doing. I’m impressed. It sounds like the Shift has earned a permanent spot in your bag.
Flies like my glow waith a lot.
Om finally figuring out my Alva..I do a lot without using too much power
@@ScroDiddly I’m with you on this… the Alva is seriously good! It’s what I always wanted the Lat 64 Grace to be. Easy distance, good mid flight turn with a nice fade late in the flight.
15 ft. average (223.5 total)
🤩 Wow! Thats nearly 100 ft better than my combined distance. Impressive stuff. Thanks for competing with me and posting😀. What discs did you use at each distance?
Doesnt seem to be a great forehand disc, it flipped over way more then number would suggest. Hoped for a teebird ish disc in k1.
I hear you. I would say the IDOG is similar to a beat in Teebird. Slight bit of mid flight turn but with some finish yet. Of course teebirds vary massively between runs!
Good few teebirds I've seen have some flip on a forehand especially when thrown like that. That wasn't a flat release, pump it flat I bet it goes 300 with minimal flip up
Might have to pick this one up!
Oh yea. She’s a beaut!
Fantastic video guys. 🎉. Keep up the great content! Favorite moment… everything’s 25 feet to you 😂
This approach to reviews is very refreshing. Thank you for your work on these.
Hey thanks for your feedback. Many more to come.😎
Anyone try this disc out yet? Looks comparable to a Leopard maybe?
I agree with you. Very domey and glidey and consistently understable.
I was going to try it out either way. Thanks for the look and response.
@@JmarcL4 Nice. I think I you will be pleased with the proto Millet. They have been flying off the shelves but I think we still have two left in stock @doublehelixdiscsports.com. Happy shopping wherever you go.😎

Looks like they bomb. let's go
100% bombers! They had more turn than I expected to see out of the halo star plastic but were still very trusty overstable.

I bag the Tattar orbit grace.
@@luchaunderground6830 Nice. Those are pretty!🤩
@@doublehelixdiscsports very puuurdy 😍
It's a Wraith in royal plastic, even to the point that all the same rules apply. If you have an amateur arm its your overstable top end distance driver. If you have a strong arm it becomes your flippy distance driver. Royal plastic takes a little bit to beat in and usually comes a little overstable off the shelf but once it does beat in it stays right where you want it for a long time.
@@derpderpin1568 I appreciate your explanation of the disc and couldn’t agree more? 👌
this is such a goated disc
@@Tryaldar what do you think about it? Is it deserving of the praise? Maybe overhyped?
Looks pretty similar to an a2 or the new md5
@@Applesnakes yes these would be good comparisons with regard to stability. However hand feel is different. The Swarm feels bigger and more blocky and either of the other two.
