Ashlu Mine Run - Low Water
Turns out a super low water lap of the Ashlu Mine Run is fun, clean and very manageable! The low water added 2 additional portages, however everything else was good to go. Recommend getting in there and exploring this beautiful canyon!

Gosh darn this is some good urban wilderness! Nestled in North Vancouver lies this scenic little canyon. To catch it on a warm sunny day, is a real treat.

We definitely didn't want to go kayaking in these conditions, but after seeing that the Callaghan was in, we had no choice. After trying to come up with excuses not to go, we found ourselves gearing up at the put. As soon as we hit that first boof though, pure joy was all we felt felt for the rest of the day:) #CallaghanLove

I’ve heard there’s a pretty spectacular set of falls on the Adam near it’s confluence with the Eve, but have never been able to see any photos of it anywhere. Do you have a photo or knowledge about these falls, by chance?
