But now the instruction is ready to invite the peer team but IIQA portal is closed. Please guide how the institution can proceed in this regard

From my personal experience, I suggest that mock test results may be slightly misleading. It covers mostly the metrcis in which queries were raised during the DVV process. Hence, considering mostly the weaknesses of the HEIs.
