Fantastic question! Mine is completely built out for real estate agents. Proven follow up campaigns, done for you automations, systems, SOPs, etc etc that all convert really high. We also have a better AI that we built that will book more appointments (listing, buyer consult, phone calls, property tours, etc.). Our AI will also organize leads for both long term and short term follow up. Plus we have an IDX. Think of it this way. GHL is just a regular CRM. ​@@TheLazyAgent Thx for the reply. As I just found out about GHL today due to your video, I spent some more time watching other videos trying to grasp more. From my understanding, the general GHL is basically a skeleton where the user can customize and sell off the custom version as if they are a CRM business? Can we do a 1 on 1 for 15 mins? I don't really have time to sit in on a full group webinar. Need to go on my own pace, which is quick. For more perspective about my business, I just got my Broker's license and am looking to establish a system to offer the agents who join my Brokerage. I've used KVcore in the past, currently on Lofty & Follow Up Boss. I would like to platform that covers everything, at reasonable prices. I feel as if I've spoken to every CRM company out there and they are don't sit right with me. Also some want you to sign 12 month agreements and that has never been my cup of tea. So I think there is potential for both of us to benefit with the Brokerage I am starting. Hope we can chat 1 on 1. Thanks.

That's a great question. A lot of MLSs gave NAR the middle finger and are still showing buyer commission (like my MLS). However that's not true for every MLS. If you can't find that data in your MLS, then I'd pull up every statistic, article, and report you can find (and there are a lot) that shows sellers make more money when they offer a commission. And buyers save more money when they hire a buyers agent. Let me know if you'd like me to make a video on this.

@@TheLazyAgent yeah I'm in the NYS Alliance MLS and they definitely don't show that data. Honestly I thought that was a major part of the settlement to avoid steering clients to homes offering higher commissions?

Only for NAR MLSs. Not all MLSs are partnered with NAR. Ironically this rule change is actually unfair to sellers. If I was a seller, I'd want to show all buyers that I'm offering a commission.

I did! But i stopped uploading when i decided to go all in the lazy agent. I tried to keep it alive. But to be honest, it violated my keep it simple rule. And trying to grow two TH-cam channels/businesses at once is really hard. All current leads it generates goes to referral partners. Right now I focus all my attention on the lazy agent.

It could be used for STRs, however, a software like hospitable is much better (it's what I use for my STRs). However, you could use high level absolutely. It'll just take a bit of set up. You could also use hospitable and GHL together. GHL could be your marketing platform. That's what I'll do someday. For now, I don't do much marketing as my airbnbs are always fully booked. So their is no need for me to

Yes it works outside the US. You can buy a phone number in almost any country. PLUS we have a full WhatsAPP integration that yes, the AI works over WhatsApp

Unfortunately it's a complicated process that I'm having a hard time coming up with a way of communicating easily. But I'll try quickly... The way you do it is in the same automation, use an google sheet file to store all backlinks and internal links (you can even automate it to update those links as you create new content). Then you can have your GPT bot reference those links ONLY as your internal linking. Hopefully that makes sense. I haven't implemented it yet. But that's how I'd do it.

@@David-gq5ly I mean, if you want. It won't fully work because you don't have all my integrations. plus it would take you forever to copy everything. I do sell my snapshot for $10,000 with all courses and 4 coaching calls for setting it up.

I’ve been playing with go high level and keep running into roadblock on running automations for transactions, most have two + people part of the transaction, but the automation only runs off the main contact assigned to the opportunity???
