I didn't get u wether u said small tray/ dish , u said small right? An bake time is 35min?
I used a 32×20 cm dish and it take up to 2.5l in general l, soo any dish you have close to mine you can you use it for this recipe
Hi i dont kno sizes but i kno i have 2 glass square pyrex dish/ tray the big tray holds over 2litres water under 3litre water an small tray holds over 1litre water under 2litres water so should I use small?

This sauce is much better for this recipe : 90g yogurt 2tbsp mayonnaise 1 clove garlic 1 tsp honey fresh coriander
