The complexity is that two melodic lines of the notes for organ as left and right hands are played by one, right hand for accordion. I wonder, how long would it take you to accomplish this piece? I have been working on it for more than a year and get to only 40% Passacaglia (accordion). I am not professional though...
There are no words, to describe how difficult must have been to play with such apparent simplicity. Mastery and spirit at highest level.

I'm afraid it has something to do with the instrument's reputation or image or something. Luckily, us Dutch folks have had the privilege to hear a great bandoneon player at the Royal wedding earlier this century. However, I totally agree! This guy is phenomenal!!!
