Why your condescending attitude?
I'm sorry but we actually really like this hotel! It has a great location and we actually slept very well here thanks to the cozy nature of it. Please understand that we just checked out of what is possibly the best and most expensive hotel Park Hyatt for which you can see a review for too if you want (we got for '"free", definitely can't afford normally) in Kyoto the day before so this was just our natural reaction for the time.
@ indeed the location it’s great few steps away from teramachi or 三條街, I booked this hotel ‘cause the hot spring and location, by Feb once more i will be in Japan, I saw your video to get to know how was the service and hotel, really got me annoyed cause the attitude. Sure Park Hyatt it’s way better… there many better hotels… than this one, trust me I been hosted on these ones, once more, location and affordable price works if different visitors goes to Kyoto and only looking for a place to sleep; there is no point to compare luxury with affordable and efficient hotel. I feel sorry about I won’t be following your videos or advices. Have a great 2025 !

Very honest and thorough review which I appreciate. My gf is a very popular "Yelper" so when I told her about this place she naturally wanted to visit it. Her Yelp channel is mostly about taking really cool photos so Sweet Maple is right up her alley or, to put it another way, the place is, as you've said, "instagrammable". great review!

社大兩年學費大約一年美金15000（三個學期）, 柏克萊國際留學生一年美金20,000 (2個學期）

Would you recommend Tea Palette or HL peninsula?
If you want to try something that’s more fun, different from traditional, I would say go for Palette Tea garden. But if you want a traditional Cantonese dim sum experience, I would recommend HL peninsula!

现在很多帮助社区大学的孩子转学的代理，您认为这个真的有必要吗？
代理一般就是提供一条龙的服务，包含申请学校，安排住宿/寄宿家庭。 如果家长不放心，我觉得花一点钱还是可以的。 但是如果小孩英文不错，其实可以直接拿自己的成绩单申请社区大学，然后也可以自己找寄宿家庭或住宿。

不需要！ 可能是我浅闻，没听过有这类的代办服务。一般都是学生自己申请或者是学校有免费帮学生申请转学的服务哦 ！

一定會啊！ 不管是轉到什麼學校，都會有不適應新環境的狀況耶！ 我大約花了1兩個學期的時間才能適應。我覺得剛進去一定要逼自己對認識新朋友，多加入新的社團活動，這樣可以快樂多！ 而且生活學習方面都能和新朋友互相照應一下！

@@vincentlai510 您不用客氣！ 我不了解西雅圖的學校，但是我真心推薦我之前去的De Anza College (位於北加州的矽谷）您可以參考我其他影片喔！ 我覺得區別是矽谷的消費回比西雅圖稍微高一點， 華人更多，餐廳也多，我覺得是利大於弊，不用太擔心華人多學不到英文。 給您參考！

It was 1 meal plan for 1 person 🤣That’s why I said the portion was big enough for two people ( at least for us). Sometimes we do cook a bit more white rice to eat with their dishes!

The plastic bowls say microwaveable, and I think the quality is better than what we usually get from other restaurants. I believe these plastic bowls should be fine. I sometimes just pour them out to our own bowls but sometimes I get lazy too haha 🤣 so the plastic bowls are convenient
