19" Tight fit on the rear and had to roll the wheel lip.

Still undersided on using range kit s550 or use the f100 performance kit ??
I can only speak on how awesome the Range S550 kit is!
@@greezyzgurage do you have a bissness #phone number
@greezyzgurage you have a email
Great video! This is one of the most informative videos I've come across on doing the S550 IRS swap. I do want to point out that the 3.15 gear ratio internals are not compatible than the 3.31 and lower ones. If someone is wanting to upgrade the internals at a later date most of the performance parts do not work in the 3.15. The pinion head, ring gear and differential are different between the 3.15 and the rest of the super 8.8 differentials. The 3.15 isn't a bad setup, especially for fuel economy, but it's worth the extra up front money to get the 3.31 or lower differentials if you plan to upgrade down the line.
Great looking build. I'm considering the S550 IRS in my 62 Unibody. Is there any ride height adjustability when using the Grange Industry brackets? Looking forward to seeing the bed on it to see the ride height of Project Murica!

Thks for the video 😁👍
Can u elaborate on the steering column?
@@runningwild5210 GM style 30 inch for floor shifter that I purchased from Amazon.
Great video. I would have looked for a 90s to early 2000s V8 Explorer. Would have had disc braked limited slip 8.8" Side note, LOOK AT THAT FRAME!!. You can tell that ain't no PA truck. The frame would be shot. And it would most likely not come apart that easy from the rust. So jealous of you southern boy's cars.

Howdy Jeff!
Howdy! Folks don't know why just yet, but you are my hero!
When you say "put it in epoxy" what do you mean? Primer? What product did you use? Thanks!
Epoxy is a two part primer and any auto paint supply has it. I typically use whatever is on sale. 😀
The hood and seat look great. Really goes along with the 'Murica' theme. The truck is looking great. Love the detail work...wiring, interior. Look forward to more. Be safe and stay well.
Thank you!
Do you know much this kit will lower your truck?
I don’t remember now but I will measure the next time I am in the shop.
