I agree mk3 was disappointing. The graphics fatalities. Mk 1 and 2 was best.

One tidbit: Goro's Lair is in the normal stage rotation here on the Genesis version, but that's not the case on the arcade. It'll only come up for the last endurance match ahead of Goro's sub-boss fight.

15:48 This was HANDS DOWN the MOST FRUSTRATING moment in the whole game. It made me remember how earlier Quan-Chi said that he needed to collect all the element thing-ies to gain access to a separate temple that had the amulet. But if it was right here with the Fire God the entire time, it makes you have to ask: WHAT THE F**K WAS THE POINT OF ALL THE OTHER LEVELS.

In my opinion DKR beats Mario Kart 64, It's more colorful although MK graphics are better, I enjoy DKR's ost more than MK's by a few margins, the stage design is by far better in DKR, the ability to tap A repeatedly to go faster is a cool trick MK does not have, DKR has 3 vehicles to Mario Karts 1, DKR has boss races and an actual adventure and can reverse the tracks! DKR FOR THE WIN

One of my favorite childhood games. I like this a lot more than Mario Kart 64 because of the adventure mode. The soundtrack is also amazing.

Bubbler the Octopus gave me so much trouble as a kid. I spent one afternoon trying to beat him but when I did, it was such a relief.
