I recognize the injustice of the occurrence. But for the reaction depicted, it is somewhat over the top. I doubt it would make more than the local paper & news channel. Right or wrong, despite the black mark on her record, most would see it as only a fine reversed. I think it would take a much darker injustice. If the murder of George Floyd hadn’t been caught on video, it probably would have been just another incident swept under the rug. In short I approve the sentiment, I would prefer the tale be more realistic. I also wonder if the excess amount of gushing isn’t just a way to pad the length of the video.

Good story but a police officer can't make anyone do any tasks, they can ask them to do them.

If you are going to present a story based on legal procedure, at least try to get it right. Thus, no judge in their right mind would receive prosecutorial testimony and then cut on defense offerings of contrary proof as some kind of proper legal procedure in the context of any trial, including those involving traffic citations. At the very least, a litigant has to be given a chance to make an offer of proof, to tell the judge what proof they wish to present and how its relevant. If a judge barred any defense evidence, or barred evidence and then also barred the offer of proof, that judge sets themself up for a slam dunk reversal on appeal and looking either dumb as hell or transparent in their intentional abuse of due process requirements as can be. If a judge does wish to be racist, he or she would employ means that a lot less transparent than this story line.
