The system is the same for all the Government universities. Every university gives accommodation to all first year students. And for security reason, all foreigners must have at least a roommate to keep in check of each other.

What she mentioned about Katanga hall was not Africa ritual but rather fraternity. This happens in top America and uk universities as well. The reasons why she is excited about KNUST is the experience and trust me that is what sells a university
