Hi there, good question. Yes, that’s definitely one of the factors to consider. Another very important thing to consider is aspects. Even if it’s an in-sect benefic, if it’s is poorly aspected, it might lead to excess or over-doing things. It can “feel” good but appear to others as unflattering, or lead to overspending, etc.

Hi there-yes, the location where you live will determine which house the planet relocates in your various houses in astrocartography. I have a separate video called “Astrology Relocation Chart Explained” which describes this in detail, with some examples and how to find the houses for each location. Pluto in the 4th can definitely bring some intense experiences to do with your inner-foundations, particularly if it’s conjunction the IC. I hope the other video helps you out, it’s a lot to learn but I’m trying to steadily put out more videos to help people get the details 🗺️

@@kimgoesthere I see, so we can also have progressed chart based on the location, that has specific houses? It’s hard to imagine, seems complicated. My natal chart is Pluto in 4th, so that’s why I’m was curious about feeling drawn to a Pluto line. I have other strong Pluto areas too. I will have to look into more. I just bought solar fire too get better viewing. Thanks, I will watch the other video.

Yes, you can also do a relocated progressed chart, and even look at progressed lines (but I use the birth location for those). It does get complicated-Solar Fire will be great though because you’ll be able to see things overlaid.

But when publishing, I did spend several hours making sure all the closed captions were correct and short enough sections to be easily readable-maybe that with the volume turned down can help? 🤗

@@icecream4455 the natal chart is your basic “imprint” in life and everything else is secondary (in my opinion). Once you’ve lived in another location long enough though, about 2.5 years+ the relocated chart will begin to get more and more dominant

Hi there - good question, it totally depends on the astrologer. The various professional software programs allow toggling between tropical or sidereal. So there are Vedic and other astrologers who opt for sidereal. And different house systems can apply as well, depending on the preference of the astrologer reading the chart & map.

I wish I could to that for you, but people spend decades of their lives studying specific ways of interpreting astrology (and almost all of them are freakish-ly correct!) If you find an astrologer willing to take on multiple technologies and house systems...please tell me! I will watch that channel. 🫶🌙

Indeed, it took a lot of energy output to make the video but I felt like people needed it with how meagerly astrocartography info was available out here on the ‘tube. Feel free to post any questions here as you watch, I’ll try to answer as best I can, or make a video to explain if it’s complex. 💫

If it's well-aspected you should feel a Mercury line like you do normally, just intensified. A lot of people born during Mercury retrograde notice they feel great during retrograde transits, while the rest of us are out here struggling 😂, so it could be a good line for you! Be sure to check which house it falls into in your relocated chart, and any Paran lines or Local Space lines. And the only other unique difference for a Mercury retrograde birth is that while all the planets slowly progress slightly East over the lifetime, retrograde planets progress West. So we usually consider a planet line to be felt more strongly on the East side, but in your case, your Mercury line will be more strong on the West side. Hope that helps! 💫

Great question. I left it ambiguous in the video since I know people are generally attached to the house system they use, if they've been into astrology for a while. After many years of using Placidus I finally accepted the challenge to test out Whole Sign and personally found it to be much more accurate for both myself and others--as far as predictive matters. How things actually play out in real life. If I'm doing a straight Birth Chart reading, I do a synthesis by also having a look at a client's chart in Placidus alongside Whole Sign. Placidus works for the psychology of a person pretty well, and then Whole Sign is more predictive about actual life circumstances (in my opinion). So I use WSH for astrocartography, because I'm looking at what type of actual experiences a person might have in various places.

@@kimgoesthere Thank you. I will check out my chart in whole sign for possible relocations. I have 27° Aries ASC. Whole sign will put my 11th house 6° Pisces Sun in 12th and Virgo Pluto 5° in 6th.

Yes, certain aspects to the Sun can make things a bit trickier. And as far as health, be sure to have a look at your 6th house. Or whether a line that you're on will make you feel supported in general. Or if you decide on going to the Sun AC line, with Pluto on the DC just be sure to look for ways to consciously use that Pluto energy (like self-transformation to increase really stepping into personal power). You can also meet a lot of powerful people on Pluto DC lines, which can be useful if you're expecting it. Though it can also bring intense experiences or even big relationship issues that need to be addressed. I never say to avoid a line, but do like to point out that approaching it consciously is a lot more beneficial. Looks like you're definitely doing that! 💫

By going to a Sun line you’ll be relocating the Sun out of the 12th house (in 99% of cases). You might shine out in public more than you’ve done before, as the 12th house keeps it a bit “hidden and confined.” If you have challenging aspects to the Sun in your birth chart (oppositions/squares), just keep in mind that those themes may be brought into your conscious mind. If this is the case and you approach it with mindfulness, it can be a nice way to resolve some of that energy. You can do a relocated chart to see where your Sun will be placed, in the new location you’ll be traveling to. I have a tutorial on how to do that on my channel, if needed. Happy travels! 💫🗺️

Great question, I talk a bit about what to do if your lines are running through the ocean in my other video on how to read your map (at about 10 min in) … but will also do a separate video on what we call “remote activation” this week. That can help activate the line’s energy without actually traveling there. On the other question, just make sure to scroll all around in the globe, you definitely have a Sun AC line! Depending on which software you’re using, they sometimes don’t label which angle (AC, MC, DC or IC). I recommend looking up your map on Astro.com (under free horoscopes > location astrology) to see where your Sun AC is. More planet lines coming soon!

Hi there, I'm so glad it's useful information for you! Great question, your astrocartography map is based on your natal Birth Chart (where you were born in Sweden), but then you can cast a Relocated Chart for the location in Greece where you grew up. Or for a location in the USA you might want to visit or move to... You can get a relocated chart for free on astro.com, or if you have software it sometimes has a relocated chart feature. The Relocated Chart will show the change in houses, if your planets land in different houses. They should remain mostly in the same signs (except perhaps your Ascendant, Midheaven and Moon), and all your natal aspects will remain the same. But you may experience your planets in different "topic" areas because of any house changes. You'll likely have quite different house placements in the USA. Also, If you're using astro.com, be sure to click on the locations to see if there are any paran lines there, as they will have influence...then click over to the separate Local Space map to check that too. Good question - yes, we call that Remote Activation. I briefly mention some techniques for this at about 10:30 in this video but plan to do a separate full video about it soon! English language videos could be a good idea. And depending on where your lines in the USA are, you could learn some things about those states and cities. And also about the indigenous Native American people who originally inhabited those areas for thousands of years before young America began. Let us know how it goes! ☀️💫

Yes, the technology has really developed quite a lot, even in just the past few years. With new software you can zoom all the way in and see all sorts of details. Anyone can get a free astrocartography map at astro.com (you'll need to make a free account and add your birth chart, then navigate to "Location Astrology"). It's a great starting point, but to see all the finer details there's professional software that's fairly expensive. I'm booked up at the moment, but will begin taking astrocartography clients in October, offering a detailed look at people's maps and recommendations for places to have various experiences.
