Thank you for the tincture recipe......we have fleabane growing everywhere....I didn't know what they were at first....I added to my cell phone AnApp that helps to identify all kinds of plants - flowers- weeds- trees......So I now can collect the flewbane and start tincturing..... I like that it does help with U.T.I...and if i ever experience discomfort i know what will help.. Thank you so much... Oooh the audio to your video was not so good! Difficult to hear everything said....

I live in subsidized housing and these are happy years. I am 76 , feel safe, local senior center helps with grocery vans and I get food stamps. I even came here with my Sheltie who passed at age 14 last spring. I found a rescue dog (HAS TO BE UNDER 25 Pounds restricted for a pet dog) and by walking her, legs got strong and great company. Please put your name on every single HUD housing waiting lists. I am going to be here until they wheel out my dead body in my computer chair LOL. Waiting list....3 years so plan ahead. I live six miles from Boston and I am from NYC/NJ. HINT: if you get a Social Security increase? make sure that only 1/3 of that increase will be applied to your total yearly income because only 1/3 of your income is for rent. Do not let them take the whole increase. Big problem but I got the Director of the Senior Center and the local Mayor. Municipal housing in this town only using 1/3. The HUD prop mgr here said, no that's municipal housing (she was taking the whole Social Security increase into total yearly income, not1/3) So you know whatI said,"If you take more than 1/3 of this next year's Social Security increase into my total yearly income, I am going to file a complaint with HUD and the last 7 years of your rent evaluations are going to be audited! Municipal or HUD, doesn't matter, funds are from the same source under same guidelines." But sure enough she didn't take it. You see, you have to stick up for yourself (senior center and mayor) I can't believe I had the strength to not let management intimidate me. That extra money from the bonus goes for additional medical expenses older people need and even with claiming medical expenses to lower your rent, they only take 3 percent of the total yearly medical expenses so do not let management take the whole Social Security increase. We need that money. Note: I have always worked as young as 17. The wages back then were so low that any money deducted for Social Security was very little. The money I get monthly is not alot but I need nothing to be comfortable and want nothing above my means. With that attitude the rest of your life will have you at peace.

I use flannel 4-5 squares I sew for pee since 2017. I use wet wipes for poo. I love it saved so much money n stressing n shopping time.

Why dry leaves and not fresh? All the other tinctures I've made (only about10) are all made with fresh cut plants.

Wow, I am in your same similar situation!! My apartment, stuff!!! My 18 year old cat passed last year; I still have her sister, who is now 19, getting ready to be 20. How do you know how many seeds to put in a bucket? Did you grow all your plants from seeds?

I’m in the NW, and, our seasons haven’t been typical for this year, and, I’ll be a 1st time grower. I was going to start from seeds; but, I think that would take too long, and go into the other seasons. I’m in a small apartment, but I have an enclosed patio. I made "shelves" by stacking wooden crates. Currently they are in my livingroom since there is no room in the dining or kitchen area of my apartment. I keep my mason jars on these shelves and it really adds to the rustic decor of my livingroom room as well as creating storage.

I love laundry stuff! Found one of the table top washers, "wonder wash" at a thrift store and use that or a plunger style in the summer. Wish I had one of these.

Use only half the seasoning in the Ramen. Use the other half in something else and consider it seasoning or bouillon you didn't have to buy.
