Thanks for the great video!
why are there jump red and black on this
Why don't you give some information about the development????
Well, I don't have any information about the development.
Where is this?
Can you please use your bike in here?
What a great record of a long-ago Christmas. I was a child at that time, and so much looks familiar to me. I love the matching Hi-Fi and TV. By the way, the show that's on TV was a rerun of The Jane Wyman Show that was broadcast on ABC daytime from 1961 to 1963.
Where’s the rest? I thought this was the whole set
Where?
The big interest thing about this video is the tractor trailer traveling traveling in reverse on the video!
Hey I was there watching this! So cool to stumble upon this video!
There’s a step missing
You should see it now after the hurricane that came through. It's a lot different.
😢
Last bolt not mentioned in video is a 13mm bolt on a bracket on the right upper side of the base of the battery. Can be taken out easily with an extender on 13mm socket.
😊
It’s One of my favorite places to go , I never get tired of it , I remember as a boy my parents taken me ,my sister and brother every year till I was old enough to drive

Very nice video!!! I haven't been to Battleship Cove in a very long time. It's about a 30 minute drive from where I call home.
A little more detail was needed, like how there is still a bolt holding the battery in at the bottom. Also how the plastic connector comes apart. I used a small screwdriver and probed around a bit to figure it out. The rest was very helpful. Next time I will just take it in to be done ,as most places that sell batteries ,also install them for free.
If this deterioration continues the ship will end up in Brownsville... it's in it's birthplace, but that really isn't helping with revenue & obviously maintenance is lagging to be polite.
I was stationed in Groton
A very nice location with an amazing lighthouse. Well captured. Liked & subscribed. Keep it up! 👍
It is sad to see that much rust on this grand old lady. I would love to see it in person, but I will not go to Ma. because of their anti-Constitution attitude.
It's sad to see that some of these great ships that were meant to be saved as museums & monuments to the men that served on them are being neglected and rusting at their piers!
Thanks for sharing! Any word on a new home when you visited?
She needs some maintenance and TLC, but still a grand lady.

Thank you for this lovely video😊 You are loved ❤😊
You are so kind
I remember touring the USS Massachusetts on on weekend in the fall of 1965. I was going through OCS in Newport R.I. at the time and on weekends when I had leave, I would tour the area. Of course her displays are far more sophisticated now than almost 60 years ago, but one thing I distinctly remember is that immediately entering the ship there was a 16" shell on display. It told of the weight of the shell, but while I don't remember the weight, I remember it was much greater than the weight of my '65 VW Bug that I was driving at the time. While I was privileged to tour the USS Texas as a 10 year old, I was privileged to tour both the USS Massachusetts as a young adult and the USS Alabama while going through flight training in Pensacola and again a little over a decade ago. I have not toured the USS Yorktown although I flew off of her when she was still operational. I hope these educational displays are kept up in the future, BB-59 looks good, as the public needs to be able to see how they served our nation.
Hi Richard, I agree about your thoughts of keeping these historic ships around for people to see how Naval Battles were fought. Texas was in drydock recently and has been repaired and should be good for many future decades. New Jersey is currently in drydock in Philadelphia. Unfortunately, Yorktown appears to be stuck in the mud and muck and would be very costly to move. Maybe hull repairs could be done internally. Both Alabama and North Carolina have a cofferdam around them that could be drained for hull repairs. Thanks for watching the video.
my father was 18th Brigade Military Police, 127th Company Assigned to River Patrol did basic at Fort Bliss , Texas took riverrine training same spot as navy. Salute Oldbreed 1949
great view you guys are having a great time
