a few miss plays a example is not taking both dead cat and ouija board he would have had the same amount of health in the end

a few miss plays amazing luck but also a lot of skill is clearly visible so it was pretty good gameplay all things considered

I always preferred the music in this game as opposed to Repentance

You really can see the Zelda inspiration much more here than in the modern version of the game. An arrows label is applied to the tears for some reason! (Not saying that's a bad thing, obviously the HUD needed to become more original.) Also, for some reason I'm much more drawn to this soundtrack than the modern soundtrack. Maybe because it doesn't sound all that polished and reminds me of internet games I used to play? I'm not sure.

You mean the item that involves dying 100 times to unlock.

The old Moms heart boss was a lot more unfair than the one in rebirth not only cuz it spawns bosses in that small room, but because in og isaac there were barley some synergies and because in rebirth you can make isaac (or another character) a lot more powerful thanks to the hundreds of items added.
