LOL $34 for a POS rod stuck in the ground. Get any decent size fish on and it'll be like any other morons homemade or box stores contraption with a small stake in soft river/lakeside ground....it'll be pulled over and dragged away. I wouldn't give you $.50 for any of those style POS holders.

PVC, $1 per foot. You can get one at any hardware store.
