@rhynoguillen4346 No, I just bought a single carb from an older vlx600 and tuned it. I did buy a bigger jet but haven't installed it yet. You're always gonna have one cylinder leaner than the other with a single carb

@DCopp so out of the 4 wire, 3 go together and one to the other side of the push button because 2 of those wires are for the shut-off button, and they have to go together I got you tomorrow.

So the bottle is an overflow tank. Basically, when the radiator needs more coolant, let's say the radiator is leaking. It'll grab it from the bottle.

I don't think it'll affect it. it's just a few small holes. Some Harley Davidson comes like that. Just don't make the holes to big.

95 Honda shadow Vlx600

I got them off Amazon for a 7/8 handlebar, I'm pretty sure your clutch is hydraulic rite. If you get new levers, bleed the clutch while the bike is on, and that should help. Use dot 4, I believe.

@anthonybraun1764 I'm not sure that's why I just bought the whole thing last year. If you're trying to use it with the original honda levers, I don't think it'll work.

These bikes use a fuel pump to bring the gas the carbs, so I deleted mine, and I used a fuel pump that works with vacuum.

@@hondagarage the pump on anything above a vt500c is only on to pump up from the auxilary tank below otherwise gravity fed would do the pump with alot of other hondas is more for it not to pump if the bike is shut off its more a helper a safety. The vt500 uses a vacum petcock but even that is more as a not to let fuel flow as a safety thing. Gravity fed will do those bikes no problem lots of ppl do away with all that when they bob them. Anyway i hope you got her running ok. The shadows make you work for it but then deliver nicely. The choke the fuel mix the no bafgles the altering of air box its all determination in the end gets you through it!🙃

@scowlsmcjowls2626 Yeah, I got it running. It's because my petcock sat lower than the carbs, so It wasn't pumping the fuel into the carbs. But yeah I get what your saying.

What i did when i was unsure i got an inline priming bulb and when you prime it fully you know the carbs are full and when it dont run and that priming bulb is full you know its time for anothe rabbit hole🙃
