I was blessed with surgery done by Dr Shaher Kahn 11/14/24 I suffered for a year before I finally found Dr Kahn, I felt comfortable immediately, and the entire staff was supportive. From Pre-Op through the Operation and then Post-Op , I was cared for consistently with my CD30 Positive tissue results from the biopsies My Explant surgery included a ruptured right silicone implant that had turned into a watery fluid consistency as well a vicious, thick consistency, no capsule left. I couldn't ask for a better outcome post surgery! Aesthetically I look better than I thought I would! Thank you

Why are you placing the Binder so tight that women complain only about that and they have to take Tylenol to copy with the pain from the Binder??

I believe there are lots of complications from breast implants not just this complication. Explants themselves are not straightforward as muscle is also removed which can include lymph nodes with multiple removals. Post masectomy implants can have lots of problems including cellulitic infections etc. Thank you for your research.

I have heard patients have come from other states to have you perform this surgery. My question is, how much down time is needed after surgery? Should you stay in a hotel for one or two days and then fly home if you are lucky enough to have you do such a surgery.

I have 42 yr old implants that have ruptured and removal is required…I’m terrified of procedure but your videos have been helpful. Makes me think of traveling to see you too.

Cheyenne-Dr Khan removed my implants and did not use drains. How do we believe that, removing the entire capsule, all the inflamed tissue and fluids and then leave the rest of the fluid inside the body after surgery; can be good practice? I became extremely ill after surgery and the silicone literally bled out of the skin of my face and body. Dr Khan refused to help me or talk to me about it. Let’s not discuss only the good things and not discuss the fact that we need to continuously improve and do better. It is shameful what happened to me. I have had a bleeding face for two years since my explant surgery with Dr. Khan on December 7, 2022. I almost lost my life and I received no help from any doctors whatsoever including Dr Khan. He ignored me completely. I hope everyone is doing well.

If the fluid surrounding the capsule is toxic, why do you leave that fluid in the body instead of using drains? This fluid ended up bleeding out of my skin after you removed my implants. And just like the previous plastic surgeons, you left me for dead and NEVER addressed my extreme illness.

Dr Khan does not use drains after surgery. This leaves that toxic fluid inside the body. I became extremely ill when he removed my implants. 2 years post surgery, I am only just now feeling better. Dr Khan’s technique is flawed. Being extremely careful to remove all toxic fluid and tissue, must be consistent and the fluid surrounding the capsule should also be removed from the body. This procedure nearly killed me and Dr Khan refused to help me or even discuss the severe issues with me.

Why do you leave the toxic fluid surrounding that removed implant in the body? I believe you need to use drains. The toxic fluid left inside my body after you removed my implants nearly killed me. Don’t you think that fluid should be drained?

Have any patients ended up bleeding into the stomach because of no drains being used?

I constantly share your videos in our groups with the women who are being tricked by these horrible surgeons who are convincing these women they don’t need to have the capsules removed 😢

I had my implants removed 10/04 and my lymph nodes are still swollen. How long should it take for them to go back to normal? I have been having chronic high WBC since 2011 with no answers and being misdiagnosed with CML. I’m having a CT scan of cervical in Monday.

All primary care providers should be given an order by CDC to perform a comprehensive examination on patients with breast implants.

Have you removed any textured tear shaped under the muscle implant? Do you do muscle repair?

I had a back walking massage, and it cracked open that capsular contracture on my implant, but in a good way! Now, it's not a round ball but I have the normal shape back! - So, I'm glad it happened. I went to get a mammogram to make sure everything was Ok, and everything looked good on it. (Thank Goodness).

How is recovery for this procedure ?

I had 2 boob jobs both saline the first set one deflated so I got them both removed and got saline again and I have had this set for 18 yrs with another doctor..the first doctor was horrid they were filled uneven and went one deflated within 4 yrs! This set I have had in me now the second time with different doctor have now gone past 18 yrs..almost 18 1/2 yrs
