@@SMC4117 hey, after this video I've tried the bigger one and had much better success and enjoyed using it and the action. That 5" one I'm going to test out adding to or modifying it for a usable action, and make a video of that.

@@lolone9663 I got her as a tiny chick, we raised her and a tom inside with chickens until they all got full feathers. We have several awesome characters around here, She is definitely family! Lol 😆

Yes I do, My wife and I have chickens, Muskovee ducks, geese, turkeys, two miniature jersey cows, dogs, cats, and two ponds, one for cold water species fish! My channel is all about fishing and farming.

@@PreparedHomeSolutions I highly recommend the white, telescopic from Walmart called trophy ... And I put a 20$ Shakespeare reel. The dollar general was impossible to cast with anything lighter than 3/8 oz, mines handle broke off when I set it down. But for an emergency kit fishing rod I would replace the reel, and be very careful with the rod.

@@sussybaca7256 I hope the best, I haven't ordered from them, but it is fun using bfs, you have to really pay attention to every aspect. No horsing fish in, but it allows finesse presentation of lures to catch big smart fish.

I hate to waste a nice fish. this will be bait for traps around the farm, or if we spot a snapping turtle in one of the ponds. By freezing it I can chunk it out and get multiple baits/lures, out of one red ear this size.

Thanks for responding, check out some of the other videos. they are posted in order, and all are a true fishing trip, no faking. and all videos have more than one nice catch. I only edit out dead time, hoping to build up an audience. I want to get more into instruction and or showing great catches, as well as sharing the animals here on the homestead!

@@VillagransPitStop I was blessed to get the opportunity to fish here. I caught bass on every lure I used except for my vintage original chatter bait , I still want to catch a fish on it. It's a gold full size chatterbait, with a molded goldfish trailer! Never seen them before but I bought two of them new, and sealed in the packaging.

@@TheForemanOutdoors556 and they are vintage woah, I would definitely open one and keep the other sealed. I hope you catch the bass that have been eating the ducks. Those bass are some apex predators.
