Lovely ❤❤❤
Amazing! Please never again ☺️
have you listened to your own playing?
I am well aware how sloppy it is that's why I attempted it at all to push myself technically. As Giovanni Giorgio said "There are no rules in making music"
Nice! 😅
no bass in the original song I guess but cool!
Playing that song in every key I see
Why settle for one 😂 this comment tickled me
my man, you have 4 fingers on your left hand, use them
Lmao this is so valid honestly I used my pinky the other day and it occurred to me how lazy I am with my other two fingers Definitely something I am gonna try and incorporate more moving forward!
@@HashtagBassCovers your technique needs a lot of work, I'd recommend focusing on that more, find some videos because your hands cannot function well with how you're using them now.
@@matthewbranner9665 I appreciate the feedback. I have found recently not using tabs or following any sort of strict framework seems to suit me, the Giorgio Moroder philosophy haha What would you say I am not doing or could be doing? Is it that I am being particularly inefficient?
@@HashtagBassCovers your left thumb should be sitting on the middle of the back of the fretboard you should use your pinky you should hold your hand more straight (should come with proper thumb placement) use tabs or a tutorial for now, and don't play the vocal parts. and please use tabs or a tutorial remember to mute your notes. don't lift your fingers too far off the fretboard space your fingers properly! there should only in rare occasions be two fingers pressing down the same fret hope all of these help!!! and gl on ya journey!
@axospyeyes281 what a detailed considerate comment thanks for taking the time to mention all this! I will take all of this into account, I am a very impatient student on that regard. I am getting quicker but not efficiently and necessarily cleaner like you said thanks again!
Theres famously no bass in the song, u did good though
Thanks man! I really enjoy improvising for songs without bass, I started playing to a lot of morcheeba for this reason
Like Victor Wooten said, the groove matters a lot more than the notes
This is so funny because I sent this to a friend and said "This isn't my cleanest but it might be the hardest I have vibed" 😂
Прелесть!
Thanks for the kind words!
This just sounds like ass
Not sure what you're playing but it isnt white lies
I'm not trying to play the bass riff, I am just improvising
Why does it sound, uh, weird ?
Tbh I think I am playing it one octave too high I don't follow tabs or anything I just play what feels right and this was only one of my first attempts at it I think I need to go lower next time, that and it's recorded on my 8 year old phone haha
Keep it up! You'll be a pro in no time! Dont worry about video quality right now. Practice first. Look better second.
Thanks bro! I just play to what I like rather than bother with tabs or tutorials. I do enjoy it so I might invest, down the line, in audio/recording equipment. I'll just keep vibing to my phone for the time being haha
Too quiet
You are right, for my phone to pick it up my amp has to be quite loud though and I live with others so I can't go too nuts 😂
Looking good, try to hold your wrist straight down and pull your fingers through all the way so they rest on the string above after you hit a note. Think of it as trying to play from your wrist and shoulder instead of pulling your fingers, if you get a hang of it it will make life easier. Keep at it!
These are all great tips I was trying my best to apply this with my 2nd club foot practice session and nit made a big difference. Especially the finger pull tip. I am basically just trying to touch the string above the one I want to play as if it wasn't there and it sounds way cleaner now I am not stabbing it so much and doing cleaner strokes. Thanks a lot man!
Well play
Thankyou! Nina's U, 3 is a very useful tool for oki or last hit mix-up's like this one.
nice art style. This a horror game?
Thanks for the kind words! Unfortunately, this is a project I was working on earlier in the year that I am no longer working on. The idea was for a fortify and defend gameplay loop with attackers (aliens) and defenders (farmers) that played kinda like a really silly version of rainbow six siege. This was my very first project in game design so I didn't have the knowledge to actually pull it off but I still learnt a lot and I will definitely come back to it at some point as I have the skills now to actually finish it if I wanted I think. You can check out my current project here if you are interested - tomsmurf.wixsite.com/abduction-production
@@HashtagBassCovers i am thanks
nice but try your fingers witouth the pick, sounds better
Bro my thumb is probably the same size as your pinky. I've got little toddler hands the E string is probably thicker than my thumb it isn't easy haha I agree it sounds way cleaner but I need to practice more with my teeny thumb haha
@@HashtagBassCoversfingers, not thumb
Would you recommend any guys or girls to learn this from on youtube?@@quingkeso
