i am watching it 2024, very satisfying
Thank you for sharing useful contents. Please upload new videos again
Thanks for sharing.
Single pass of the spatula, not repeated passes. Blade of the spatula held vertically, not tilted at an angle. Review 10.2
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, just went through the subject and your video helped a ton
Major non-conformity. Did not bring the water to temperature. AASHTO T 084 "Adjust it's temperature to 23 ± 1.7° C (73.4 ± 3° F)". Sorry, Professor, but I'm going to have to issue you a strike on your IA evaluation! ;-)
Why did you not get the water temperature after agetating the sample?
Why did you not get the water temperature after agetating the sample?
Great 👍💯
Question: How could you know what is the maximum particle size of the devise? Thanks
Thanks.
Good work and Good procedures
Where can i read about the flakiness index in astm ?
It was so helpful. thanks
What is the purpose of deducting weight in water from SSD and not just weight in water from dry weight? or Why don't we just use weight in weight in water(displaced same weight of water = Volume) . And why weight decreases when submerge in water?
Awesome
Who taught you how to perform that procedure, M Huner?
kaun tae
great work, I will now have great lab time!
Awesomely explained 👌
Interesting
Is the sample washed before this process begins?
No
Good procedures
just could you teach diffrent type of mortar too ??( like geopolymer mortar with fly ash+ggbfs+,,,)also some admixture like (silica fume, palmoil ,..) thank youuuuu
incredibly greaaaaat, good job. thank you
Good work
Thanks!
Very Educative and Informative, Thanks for sharing.
Should also show the % retained
Good work 👌
is it same with flakiness ,elongation test?
The procedure followed in this video is not completely representative of ASTM C 109
OMG. So not C109. I appreciate that they are making do with the equipment they have, but the timing especially is terrible and that doesn’t require better equipment.
am confused because for enlongated test the length of particles related with the width of same particles. But you related the length with thickness, Is ASTM d4791 said like that? sorry my poor engjish!
There’s actually a flat or elongated test and a flat and elongated test.
what is the ASTM standard specific gravity of fine aggregate?
ASTM C128
2.7
Can I get your mail id to discuss further for testing of asphalt
Very good and very learning video. May i get your email to contact you ?
No, it is NOT a good learning video. This is NOT how C109 is done.
@@BLenz-114 can you share a better video than this please. I am interested
@ I really wish I could. I do cement testing as my job and I’m always looking for decent videos. Sadly I haven’t found ANY. I’m starting to think we should make them ourselves.
@@BLenz-114 sure let me know then. YOu can also share the relevant literatue or testing procedure documents with me where a detailed or step by step process mentioned. When you start making videos, tage me in your videos. i will be happy
excellent , kindly little bit expand it , for calculation .
Good job,
